• Develop design collections based on customer needs and market trends, ensuring alignment with quality standards and budget requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Design a complete range of products with design team, including trend research, product development, collection design, 2D rendering, garment sampling, and print design.

- Collaborate with the Chief Designer and internal merchandising teams to understand style and collection requirements (e.g., production drawings, line sheets, tech packs, mood boards, marketing material if needed) and translate these into manufacturable designs.

- Actively track and follow up on samples and new design projects from ideation through pre-production.

Required Experience and Qualification
