Job Descriptions:

Job Description
Ultra High Point Limited (UHP, formerly known as Ewell Hong Kong Limited), is a young and energetic Healthcare IT Solutions cooperation, located in Hong Kong Science Park, providing smart healthcare and IoT solutions in Hong Kong and China regions.

We aim to integrate our healthcare IT solutions by our research and innovate on the latest healthcare IT technologies, so as to improve workflow efficiency, increase patient engagement, enhance clinical and operational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate IT Infrastructure systems, particularly on server and virtualization platform.
- Perform cloud systems planning, design, implementation and monitoring
- Perform system operations, maintenance, support and troubleshooting
- Conduct system monitoring, performance tuning and capacity planning
- Plan and coordinate infrastructure upgrades, migrations and deployments
- Analyse capacity, utilization and trend data to identify opportunities for optimizations
- Liaise with other IT teams and manage vendors for project, maintenance and support
- Provide system automation and data backup & recovery strategy to ensure smoothness and continuity of business core systems
- Provide regular reporting on the state of the IT infrastructure and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- 5 years or above large-scale IT infrastructure and system support experience
- Experience on M365 and platforms (Windows) supporting and project management
- Proficient in administrating Microsoft products, including Windows Server, Active Directory and VMware virtualization platform
- Strong technical expertise in managing server, network, storage and virtualization technologies
- Knowledge of Cloud technology such as AWS or Azure is a plus, hands on experience in design, setup and administration.
- Flexible work schedule across Shenzhen & Hong Kong
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
