Job Summary
The position holder will perform debt collection and associated reporting duties in compliance with the Bank’s policies, standards and procedures.
You are required to perform dunning calls to customers for repayment of past due unsecured Personal Loan and credit Card accounts, manage debt collection agencies’ action and prepare Small Claims supporting documents.
What You Will Be Doing
- Make telephone calls, issue demand notice and conduct outdoor visit to follow up repayment in respect of past due accounts.
- Manage loan classification, provisioning, write-off and bad-debt recovery action pursuant to bank policies.
- Handle debt restructure applications including IVA and IDRP.
- Support in legal litigation process including the initiation of demand letter, Writ of Summons, Affidavit, Court Judgment, legal enforcement and Small Claims action as assigned.
- Communicate and assist to monitor performance of appointed debt collection agencies.
- Prepare operational and statistic reports for workload, productivity and/or recovery performance.
- Assist in training and coaching of junior colleagues and/or other duties as assigned by superior.
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 5 years of experience in debt recovery in related industry.
- Possesses debt recovery experience in Unsecured Personal loan and/or Credit Card would be an added preference.
- Self-motivated, Strong in communication and negotiation
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficient in English and Chinese

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Archives and Library, this position oversees the work of the M+ Collection Archives team who acquire, catalogue, preserve and provide public access to the archival collections in the M+ Research Centre.
You Will Be Responsible For
- working with the Senior Manager, Archives and Library, and with museum stakeholders, in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the acquisition, arrangement and description, preservation and storage, and access of the M+ Collection Archives;
- co-ordinating with Curatorial and Registration colleagues to facilitate the acquisition and cataloguing of archival material into the M+ Collections in accordance with international standards and M+ procedures;
- collaborating with cross-department colleagues to deliver annual targets of digitization of the Collection Archives for the M+ Collections website;
- collaborating with Curatorial, Learning and Interpretation, Exhibitions and other programme-focused staff in the use of the Collection Archives in exhibitions and other museum programmes;
- working with the Archives and Library team to organise professional and general-interest events as part of the Research Centre public programme;
- serving as line manager for the Collection Archives team while working closely with the Librarian to ensure good management of all resources in relation to the operation of the Research Centre;
- maintaining the professional and technical awareness of the Collection Archives team by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies and conferences; and
- supporting Management with ad hoc duties as required.
- possess a postgraduate qualification in Archives Management or a closely related discipline;
- have 5-7 years’ experience working as archivist or in an archives setting, preferably in a museum or similar cultural institution;
- have proven evidence of staff management, budgeting and project management;
- possess extensive knowledge of archival cataloguing standards and principles and expertise in the implementation and development of archival and collection management cataloguing database systems;
- have extensive knowledge of and experience in archival preservation and storage;
- have experience in outreach and programming, including but not limited to exhibitions, public programming, and archival education;
- have some experience in the management and preservation of born-digital archives and in working with architectural, design, or artist archives;
- have demonstrable experience of working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects within tight timeframes and under pressure;
- be able to work well independently as well as in a team environment;
- have strong IT literacy, including proficiency in relevant archival software packages and databases; and
- have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including the ability to present information in a variety of formats, in English and Chinese.

We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Library :
Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Overseeing operations of the Library Collection Development and Management Division, including planning, managing, and coordinating functions related to acquisitions, subscriptions, contract and price negotiations, cataloguing and classification, usage analysis, as well as selection and deselection of materials for the library collection;
- Assisting in the planning, monitoring, and management of the library materials budget;
- Contributing to the formulation, implementation, and review of policies and procedures related to collection development and management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
- Coordinating the Library Subject Teams for academic liaison and collection development activities;
- Fostering a positive work culture that promotes collaboration, synergy and continuous improvement;
- Representing the Library on internal and external committees; and
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the University Librarian or his/her nominee(s).
- A recognized university degree and a professional library qualification (e.g. AALIA, ALA, MCLIP, MLIS or equivalent);
- Substantial years of relevant experience in academic libraries;
- Demonstrated broad knowledge of traditional and electronic library resources, services and technologies;
- Strong knowledge of, and experience with, integrated library systems, discovery services, OpenURL link resolvers, and professional tools for collection development and management;
- Proven administrative ability and excellent leadership skills;
- Proven ability to work effectively with faculty and students to enhance library resources and services that support research, teaching and learning;
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive commitment to responding to rapidly changing needs; and
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Overseeing operations of the Library Collection Development and Management Division, including planning, managing, and coordinating functions related to acquisitions, subscriptions, contract and price negotiations, cataloguing and classification, usage analysis, as well as selection and deselection of materials for the library collection;
- Assisting in the planning, monitoring, and management of the library materials budget;
- Contributing to the formulation, implementation, and review of policies and procedures related to collection development and management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
- Coordinating the Library Subject Teams for academic liaison and collection development activities;
- Fostering a positive work culture that promotes collaboration, synergy and continuous improvement;
- Representing the Library on internal and external committees; and
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the University Librarian or his/her nominee(s).
- A recognized university degree and a professional library qualification (e.g. AALIA, ALA, MCLIP, MLIS or equivalent);
- Substantial years of relevant experience in academic libraries;
- Demonstrated broad knowledge of traditional and electronic library resources, services and technologies;
- Strong knowledge of, and experience with, integrated library systems, discovery services, OpenURL link resolvers, and professional tools for collection development and management;
- Proven administrative ability and excellent leadership skills;
- Proven ability to work effectively with faculty and students to enhance library resources and services that support research, teaching and learning;
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive commitment to responding to rapidly changing needs; and
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Terms and Conditions for Appointment An attractive remuneration package, including basic salary, a composite cash/housing allowance, an end-of-contract gratuity, and a discretionary incentive payment, where applicable, will be offered to the right candidates. Responsibility:
- To collect and analyze user requirements, produce functional and/or system specifications and build or enhance application systems to cope with business needs
- To supervise or coordinate development teams to ensure quality of deliverables
- Participating in development and testing activities, and perform support & maintenance activities
- Collaborating with external parties to complete the project on time and within budget
- Manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively
- Work closely with business analysts, vendors and collaborate with other functional teams on system requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, development, testing, implementation, troubleshooting activities
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- 5+ years of solid experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful API, JMS, Web service, Websphere, Oracle, SQL, MQ, Python, shell scripts, COBOL, CICS, JCL
- Experience in Corporate Banking, RMB Business, International and Local Payment systems, Payment Collection, Custody, Corporate Trust and Agency Business, Corporate Cash Management Products, Financial Markets, Murex, Treasury and Money Market are highly preferred
- Familiar with system development life cycle, testing and quality assurance process, agile development or transformation to Microservice is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skill, system design experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-work environment
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus
