  • 15+ years of commercial experience, with 8+ in senior leadership, ideally in luxury spirits, wines, or premium consumer goods
  • Proven ability to lead with vision, build influence across functions, and earn the respect of high-value partners
  • A strong strategic mindset and the personal integrity to guide others through ambiguity and complexity
  • Commercial strength balanced by a deep understanding of affluent and aspirational consumers
  • Experience working within premium hospitality, fine dining, and luxury retail environments
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, with refined communication and leadership presence
  • A challenger's mindset - confident yet humble, analytical yet intuitive
