Due to recent growth in our business across the region, we are looking to further grow our capability in Asia. This transformation has led for the need to hire a commercial real estate project management professional to be based in Hong Kong.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Delivery and execution of the project/s assigned
- Direct interface with owners/clients, landlords, developers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other service providers
- Overall management of the design process from concept design to construction documentation
- Overall management of the procurement of the contracts and services for and on behalf of the owners/clients
- Administration of contracts
- Supervision of construction works on-site and coordination of trades
- Preparation, management and ownership of schedule and target
- Ensure that project risks are properly managed and mitigated
- Ensure proper project close-out and handover of projects to clients/owners
- Ensure all issues that need to be cleared to get payments from owners/clients are sorted out
- Other functions to be assigned by the Project Director/Team Head
Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:
- University graduate, preferably in Real Estate, Project Management or related discipline
- Formal project management training is preferred
- 5-8 years solid track record and experience in running projects, candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Management Officer
- Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions.
- Experienced in delivering international quality projects in distant markets using in-house or third party providers is an added value.
- Proven participation in development planning and execution experience, and able to adapt these skills in a fast paced environment requiring close interaction with clients and colleagues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Our Commercial Sales Team is an important driver of company revenue and growth. As an experienced and dynamic sales professional, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales engagements into assigned commercial accounts. In this role, you are motivated by the desire to solve critical challenges facing our customer’s secure environment, so you’re prepared to connect them with a solution for every stage of threat prevention.
You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding your quota by crafting and implementing strategic and tactical sales plans targeting deployments of the Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Security Platform. This transformation has led to the need to source an aspiring Real Estate Capital Markets professional. This position will assist and work with senior professionals to grow and promote our Capital Markets & Investment Services real estate business for the Hong Kong market. You will have the opportunity to develop into a market leading commercial real estate broker in Hong Kong.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Business and Client Development- Assist senior brokers to follow up with potential clients on properties for sale and to arrange for inspection.
- Conduct market research & financial analysis for supporting proposals submission to clients on strategic real estate directives.
- Provide support in managing all aspects of clients’ real estate assignments e.g. tender exercise, sales contract administration and reporting.
- Participate in marketing activities e.g. design and publish of tender flyers, outbound mailing activities etc.
- Attend client status meetings and assist with preparation of presentations.
- Actively participate in building up an extensive property and client database with the objective of generating recurring revenue, including initiating meetings with key/ potential clients on a regular informal basis to build engagement.
- Assist senior brokers to identify and source for land and buildings for sale, including identifying and evaluating feasibility of properties for sale and advising property owners and/or en-bloc owners on the feasibility of their land for sale.
- Participate in the launch of Business Plan and Operating Plan in line with corporate/ regional guidelines and regional/ area plans executed by Head of Capital Markets & Investment Services.
- Engage in Colliers’ Asia Pacific Capital Markets’ sales plans and objectives.
- Assist to maintain and expand clientele base; build and maintain rapport with key clients; identify new business opportunities.
- 2+ years’ experience in Real Estate valuation in Hong Kong.
- University degree holder with major in Surveying or Real Estate preferred.
- Professional qualification such as HKIS or RICS are preferred.
- Holder of a valid EAA license (strongly preferred).
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with a demonstrated track record of managing diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interest in commercial real estate and capital markets investment locally/ regionally or internationally.

- Conduct assessments and analysis to identify skills and knowledge gaps
- Recommend training and development activities to drive individual and Area wide capability development
- Implement CEN L&D methods (e.g., coaching, workshops, digital training) as needed
- Establish and maintain performance evaluation method to validate knowledge transfer and return on investment
- Foster a learning culture and generate engagement in Sales L&D programs through strategic communication and effective stakeholder management
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial Academy and other L&D stakeholders on the development and delivery of global programs
- Facilitate Sales On-boarding and training in the Area as needed
- Maintain an Area learning content repository to promote on-demand learning
- Knowledge of business operations and procedures, logistics industry’s background is a plus
- Proven experience in strategic planning and good at market research and data analysis
- Superb business writing and good communication and project management skills
- 5+years of working experience
- Proficiency in business-level English, both verbal and written
