About The Opportunity

As a Social Media Manager, you will be a key player in defining and expanding our brand's digital footprint across all social media platforms. Collaborating closely with our dynamic marketing team, you will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative social media strategies and campaigns that engage our audience, enhance brand visibility, and drive our message home.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement for different social media channels.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) to ensure brand consistency in voice, style, and tone.
  • Oversee and streamline data tracking systems to ensure accurate and actionable insights.
  • Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Apply creativity to design and implement innovative growth hacking strategies tailored to enhance user acquisition and retention.
  • Design and execute user acquisition strategies aimed at expanding the user base and driving growth.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure high effectiveness and ROI, leveraging data to refine approaches.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., token listings, customer service) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
  • Ad hoc responsibilities to meet the team's social media and marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a team lead is required.
  • Experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in a technology or financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in content creation, with an excellent grasp of the English language.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels, blockchain, and cryptocurrency is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

About the Role

We are looking for a Community Manager/Lead to drive the Cronos Ambassador Program, a strategic initiative to decentralize ecosystem growth through a global network of community leaders, creators, educators and builder advocates.

As the Ambassador Program Lead, you will own the development, execution and growth of a tiered ambassador system, structured across multiple contribution tracks such as content, onboarding, community and campaign strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams within Cronos to shape the program’s operations, scale regional chapters and empower ambassadors with the tools and incentives they need to thrive.

This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about Web3 community building and ecosystem growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage community programs that drive user education, engagement, and ecosystem alignment — including (but not limited to) ambassador initiatives, online events, quests and mentorship tracks
  • Grow and support regional communities by working with local leads, translators, and KOLs to build trusted, localized experiences
  • Champion community feedback loops by surfacing insights and sentiment from users, and translating those into actionable product or marketing recommendations
  • Activate and nurture power users by identifying and empowering community leaders, creators and advocates to take on more visible roles
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the ecosystem, developer relations, and marketing teams to align on goals and co-create community-facing campaigns
  • Ensure healthy and inclusive community spaces , with clear moderation practices, safety protocols and contributor recognition systems
  • Track and analyze key community metrics , generate reports, and iterate on community strategies based on impact and feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.

Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Lead a group of in-house agents on social media responses to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and engaging in meaningful conversations to build positive relationships via foodpanda owned social media platforms.
  • Ensure that all social media interactions are aligned with the brand's voice and marketplace experience team guidelines.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, ensuring that customer issues or queries are addressed in a timely and proper manner.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the service operations team to provide feedback on process gaps and contact center service.
  • Collaborate with the Public Relations, Marketing and other internal teams to ensure that sensitive or negative interactions are handled appropriately.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of internal processes to assess the validity of issues arising from social media claims.
  • Track and analyze customer feedback, comments, and sentiment on social platforms to generate actionable insights for improvements to products, services, and experiences.
  • Manage and invigorate online communities, encouraging customer engagement and fostering a positive environment.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with more than 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, customer service, marketing, social media, communications or a relevant field.
  • Ability to manage stressful and high-pressure situations and provide viable solutions.
  • Ability to adhere to company standards and tones and engage customers.
  • Ability to use sound judgment to assess the severity of individual incidents.
  • Strong understanding of the local social landscape and customer service nuances.
