About The Opportunity
As a Social Media Manager, you will be a key player in defining and expanding our brand's digital footprint across all social media platforms. Collaborating closely with our dynamic marketing team, you will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative social media strategies and campaigns that engage our audience, enhance brand visibility, and drive our message home.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement for different social media channels.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) to ensure brand consistency in voice, style, and tone.
- Oversee and streamline data tracking systems to ensure accurate and actionable insights.
- Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.
- Apply creativity to design and implement innovative growth hacking strategies tailored to enhance user acquisition and retention.
- Design and execute user acquisition strategies aimed at expanding the user base and driving growth.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure high effectiveness and ROI, leveraging data to refine approaches.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., token listings, customer service) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
- Ad hoc responsibilities to meet the team's social media and marketing goals.
- Proven experience as a team lead is required.
- Experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in a technology or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in content creation, with an excellent grasp of the English language.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels, blockchain, and cryptocurrency is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

- Lead a group of in-house agents on social media responses to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and engaging in meaningful conversations to build positive relationships via foodpanda owned social media platforms.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy at both global and market-specific levels, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and expansion plans.
Source and onboard local influencers in each country in partnership with local teams, including identifying talent, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships throughout campaigns.
Oversee influencer collaborations by coordinating content creation, ensuring brand alignment, and guaranteeing timely delivery according to agreed schedules.
Create and curate engaging, on-brand content for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), tailored to resonate with diverse markets.
Manage Elfie’s social media calendar, ensuring consistent, timely, and localized posting across all markets.
Analyze social media and influencer campaign metrics, delivering regular performance reports and adapting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media and influencer activities with broader marketing campaigns and product launches.
Monitor social media trends, influencer landscape, and competitor activities to inform ongoing strategy and content innovation.
Ensure compliance and brand safety in all influencer and social media activities, maintaining high standards of authenticity and professionalism.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in organic global social media marketing (building social media growth strategies). At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
Proven track record of driving user growth and engagement through social media campaigns
Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy at both global and market-specific levels, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and expansion plans.
Source and onboard local influencers in each country in partnership with local teams, including identifying talent, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships throughout campaigns.
Oversee influencer collaborations by coordinating content creation, ensuring brand alignment, and guaranteeing timely delivery according to agreed schedules.
Create and curate engaging, on-brand content for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), tailored to resonate with diverse markets.
Manage Elfie’s social media calendar, ensuring consistent, timely, and localized posting across all markets.
Analyze social media and influencer campaign metrics, delivering regular performance reports and adapting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media and influencer activities with broader marketing campaigns and product launches.
Monitor social media trends, influencer landscape, and competitor activities to inform ongoing strategy and content innovation.
Ensure compliance and brand safety in all influencer and social media activities, maintaining high standards of authenticity and professionalism.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in organic global social media marketing (building social media growth strategies). At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
Proven track record of driving user growth and engagement through social media campaigns
Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
