Duties:

Position (a) Duties :

(a) To assist in the implementation of community involvement projects and activities, and related work for Committees;

(b) To assist in the formation and development of Owners' Corporations (OCs) and other related matters;

(c) To attend meetings of OCs and Owners' Committees;

(d) To visit and liaise with OCs, Owners' Committees and buildings, prepare reports and input data;

(e) To inspect the environmental hygiene condition of the district;

(f) To support inter-departmental joint operations and three-nil building cleansing operations;

(g) To assist and support "District Services & Community Care Teams" related works;

(h) To perform clerical and secretarial duties and assist in meetings;

(i) To assist in the supervision of activities and management of Community Centres and Community Halls; and

(j) To handle any other duties as assigned.

Position (b) Duties :

(a) To assist in the operation of the Home Affairs Department's temporary shelters/ temporary cold shelters/ temporary night heat shelters in CHs/CCs when activated, including registration of shelter users, distributing meals, handling enquiries and complaints, patrolling the shelter and overseeing the work of Shelter Assistants and contractual staff (such as security guards and cleansing staff); and

(b) To handle any other appropriate duties assigned.

Terms of Appointment:

(a)Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms.

(b)The entry pay, terms of appointment and conditions of service to be offered are subject to the provisions prevailing at the time the offer of appointment is made. Further renewal should be subject to satisfactory performance and operational needs.

(c)Required to work outdoor and irregular hours.

Overview

Manager, Customer Insights & Community Development

This position is responsible for tirelessly endeavoring to generate actionable quantitative insight on customer (Supplier and buyer sides) and B2B trade, to derive better understanding of customers of different market segments, to drive proposition design on customer experience, customer lifecycle management, product synergies, and insight generation to drive company business opportunities and ultimately leverage business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Dive deep into complex business problems and translate them into concrete hypotheses and analysis requirements;
  • Analyze and consolidate findings to derive customer insights from internal database and external big data platforms including E-commerce platforms, social media, and any other relevant sources;
  • Deliver large and complex studies and analysis, from scoping, designing methodology, collecting to analyzing data, and presenting recommendations to senior management;
  • Segment customer database, be the subject matter expert for customer insight data, and proactively communicate customer research findings to cross-functional teams;
  • Assessment of opportunities, customer insight and keeping up to date on cutting-edge research methods and related innovations;
  • Skillfully manage large-scale and cross-functional marketing research initiatives to help address key business needs;
  • Work closely with Marketing teams and Sales BU heads, Product Development team, and Customer Service team to foster a culture of applying data & insight-driven culture in decision making;
  • Understand business stakeholders’ needs through strong collaborative relationships.

Overview

Manager, Customer Insights & Community Development

This position is responsible for tirelessly endeavoring to generate actionable quantitative insight on customer (Supplier and buyer sides) and B2B trade, to derive better understanding of customers of different market segments, to drive proposition design on customer experience, customer lifecycle management, product synergies, and insight generation to drive company business opportunities and ultimately leverage business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Dive deep into complex business problems and translate them into concrete hypotheses and analysis requirements;
  • Analyze and consolidate findings to derive customer insights from internal database and external big data platforms including E-commerce platforms, social media, and any other relevant sources;
  • Deliver large and complex studies and analysis, from scoping, designing methodology, collecting to analyzing data, and presenting recommendations to senior management;
  • Segment customer database, be the subject matter expert for customer insight data, and proactively communicate customer research findings to cross-functional teams;
  • Assessment of opportunities, customer insight and keeping up to date on cutting-edge research methods and related innovations;
  • Skillfully manage large-scale and cross-functional marketing research initiatives to help address key business needs;
  • Work closely with Marketing teams and Sales BU heads, Product Development team, and Customer Service team to foster a culture of applying data & insight-driven culture in decision making;
  • Understand business stakeholders’ needs through strong collaborative relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor degree preferably in Statistics, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics Psychology, Social Sciences or Sociology

Key Responsibilities:

Provide secretarial service to senior staff and clerical support to the clinical service. The typical duties include:

  1. To conduct preliminary assessment for Samaritan Fund(SF)/ Community Care Fund (CCF)/ Other Funds applications and input data in HA-SFMS System.

  2. To assist in compiling SF/CCF documents for HKEC Checking Unit's and SF Management Office's post approval check.

  3. To conduct preliminary assessment for medical fee waiving.

  4. To provide general clerical support to MSSU(Gen)/PYNEH.

  5. Data input, statistics compilation and conducting research.

  6. Reception duties and handling of public enquiries.

Entry Requirements:

1.  University Graduates; OR

2.    Completed F.5/S.5 with:

i. Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE, including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR

    ii. 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below:

Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and

Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent

AND diploma in a specialized function.

Preferred Attributes:

  1. Experience in customer service or reception duties.

  • Assist with administrative support as required.

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of the contract.
