The Role
You will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Configuration Management functions in assigned projects/products, to assure consistency in application of Configuration Management principles and change control processes over the lifecycle of a project/product.
Responsibilities
- Implements the Configuration Management system for the project/product
- Ensures consistency of information in the configuration management system for the project / product
- Participates in the analysis of contractual requirements for Configuration Management, prepares cost and time estimates during the bid and major project phases, and identifies associated risks.
- Describes, implements and maintains the fundamental activities within the relevant Configuration Management Plan including Configuration Management and Planning; Configuration Identification; Configuration Control; Configuration Status Accounting; Configuration verification and audit.
- Manages the implementation of the PLM system for configuration management of the project including analysis of requirements, system configuration, customization, data loading and end-user training
- Participates in the creation of Product Breakdown Structure (PBS)
- Establishes Configuration Management (CM) baselines such as FBL, ABL or PBL
- Perform Functional Configuration Audits & Physical Configuration Audits
- Provides support services to resolve configuration management issues during project lifecycles; escalate and complete corrective actions in a timely fashion
- Responsible for maintaining consistency of information in the configuration management system for the project both in Country of Origin and Country of Destination
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in monitoring Systems, Software/Hardware development through a direct role in CM, within Engineering or transverse
- Extensive knowledge and experience of CM practices and principles
- Experience with CM software and hardware and development processes
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with commercial version control and problem reporting tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills to allow effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams
- Working experience with PLM systems (preferred Windchill/Palma)
- Knowledge of any of the followingCOn: Excel, DOORS, ClearCase/GIT, ClearQuest/JIRA, ERP (SAPByDesign)
- CM2 certification holder

The Role

Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed change management strategy and implementation plan, aligned with the overall IT transformation program objectives and timelines
- Define measurable change management goals, key performance indicators / adoption measurement, and success criteria to track the effectiveness of change initiatives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, functional leaders, and end-users to understand their perspectives, concerns, and change requirements. Design and execute targeted communication and training plans to ensure comprehensive awareness, understanding, and adoption of new technologies and processes. Leverage various communication channels, such as IT communication sessions, workshops, and digital platforms, to deliver consistent, transparent, and timely information about the IT transformation program
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the IT organization's change readiness, identifying key drivers, barriers, and areas of resistance
- Establish and maintain a network of change champions and advocates across the organization to drive grassroots-level adoption and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor and measure the adoption and utilization of new technologies and processes, identifying areas for intervention and reinforcement to ensure sustained change
- Establish feedback loops and evaluation mechanisms to continuously assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Analyze change management data, such as user adoption rates, training effectiveness, and employee sentiment, to inform data-driven decision-making and optimization

- Ability to multi-task across various business and department initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning, leadership, innovative problem resolution, analysis, review and reporting of the team
- Responsible for the development of new methods and procedures to make alert and due diligence review processing more efficient; implement recommendations for department policy changes and efficiencies
- Understand and update any changes on the internal procedures and processes
- Coach, and trains KYC AML staffs and RMs to develops a sound understand of KYC requirements, workflow and ensure the highest level of critical thinking, analysis, documentation and operational efficiency
- Support AML champion for PB to resolve issues arise from on-onboarding/periodic review and for CDD documentation between KYC reviewer team, FCSS, Front office and operations teams
- Conduct data analysis, prepare presentation deck, and MIS reports
- Understand, and update any changes on the internal policies, operating manuals/checklist and make necessary communication to front office
- Participate in any system enhancement UAT, and projects assigned
- Effect change for continuous improvement in the team’s output in terms of quality and efficiency
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to deliver exceptional client & employee experiences
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned; Drive continuous improvement of the employee engagement strategy
- Min 5 years or above business management/project management experience
- Good understanding in private banking services and operations
- Good knowledge on legal and regulatory requirements of AML and compliance principles and corporate governance practices
- Experience in handling process and system changes will be an advantage
- Attentive to details, compliance, and control oriented, diligent and proactive
- Self-motivated, independent with good communication skills
- Proven ability and strong interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams
- Ability to work well with teams & stakeholders and manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset to align initiatives with broader organizational goals
- Strong presentation and report writing skills with a good command of verbal and written English
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
