Compliance Executive / Company Secretarial Officer
Responsibilities
Interacting with regulatory agencies and internal/external investment, finance, and legal staff on regulatory compliance and inquiries
To prepare the required documents to satisfy clients, regulators, and internal management requirements
Maintain records and documentation related to compliance activities, ensure timely filings, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Keep abreast of regulatory changes, review and update compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
Escalate compliance issues or concerns to the attention of senior management
Provide ongoing compliance advisory to senior management and business teams
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance / Law / Company Secretarial /related disciplines
8 years of experience in compliance/investment project documentation / company secretarial, preferably within corporate finance/ private investment/ acquisition projects. Experience with CPA firms/compliance agencies is also welcome
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description
- Responsible for the system planning, construction, upgrade and maintenance of IFRS17 financial system, such as SAP, HFM, BO and RBC
- Responsible for the daily management of the company's ORACLE financial system, Group expense control system, settlement system, etc
- Responsible for coordinating with IT and Business Departments to drive the upgrade and process optimization of finance-related systems
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by the Superior
Requirement
- CPA, Actuary or equivalent professional qualification is preferred;
- 5 years or more of experience in insurance industry financial system implementation or maintenance management, a Big Four accounting firm experience in financial consulting projects is preferred;
- Experience in Oracle, Hyperion, SAP and other financial related system maintenance management.
- Experience in IFRS17 and RBC system development.
- Excellent oral and written English, Cantonese and Chinese communication skills.
