Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen the brand, able to drive sales revenue as well as to build brand equity to meet the budgeted objectives
- Market trend analysis, retail sales strategies management
- Manage business in terms of sales productivity and brand performance
- Comprehensive knowledge with product development and package design
- Develop, execute and monitor brand's marketing activities
- Monitor and improve P&L performance of the brand, and effective inventory control
- Diploma / University graduate in product development or related discipline
- 3 years of work experience, preferably with exposure in multi-national company
- Oversea working experienced will be an advantaged
- Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Excel, basic PC knowledge

Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth to meet annual sales targets
- Drive key products’ business growth in Hong Kong by strategic planning and efficient execution with the team
- Provide guidance to team members to establish account profile for better understanding of market dynamics and identify sales opportunities, and help to develop working relationship with appropriate personnel within the strategic accounts
- Assimilate the team to build up rapport with targeted KOL in key accounts
- Working closely with manager to derive appropriate sales tactics and action programs in alignment with the overall marketing strategies.
- Bring in constructive ideas to marketer on new business opportunities in target specialties
- Other duties assigned by manager
- University graduate
- 5 years of sales experience in healthcare industry or above
- Experience in hospital selling especially ICU is an advantage
- Good presentation skills and sales management experience
- Possess problem solving, building team spirit and business ethics

Carlyle seeks to hire a Product Specialist within AlpInvest's Investor Relations Team. The Analyst will have the opportunity to work across AlpInvest's product lines of Secondary, Co-Investment, NAV Finance, and Primary Investments, and be responsible for supporting AlpInvest's efforts in the Institutional and Private Wealth channels. The position will provide key support to Senior Product Specialists to drive strategic initiatives across the segment, as well as have an active role in coordinating investor requests / responses, serving as a segment expert to other parts of Carlyle and the Firm's Sales professionals. The role will include interaction with existing limited partners and investors. The successful candidate must be able to build expertise in the key strategies which AlpInvest operates, prioritize multiple projects and work under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include, among others:
- Preparation and updating of marketing/fundraising materials, due diligence request responses/presentations, RFIs and RFPs
- Support development of due diligence materials and legal documentation
- Preparation of client portfolio review materials and investment plans
- Handle on-going and ad-hoc investor requests
- Support in the development of new investment solutions
- Maintenance of investor pipelines and diligence request trackers
- CRM maintenance and use of various reporting platforms to obtain usable LP data
- Assist with onsite investor meetings and conferences
Requirements
Education & Certificates
- Bachelor's degree in analytical subject (e.g. Finance, Economics, Econometrics or Engineering) preferred, with good academic results
Professional Experience
- 1 - 3 years of relevant work/internship experience
- Preferred experience includes: investor relations or business development within financial services, investment banking, capital markets, asset management, managing consulting, international law firm or comparable blue-chip companies
- Candidates should be fluent in English. Proficiency in any Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) would be considered a strong plus.
- Candidates should be able to understand and evaluate both quantitative data and legal documents
- Excellent computer skills, including ability to learn and become the subject matter expert in the systems used to respond to investor and Senior Product Specialist requests
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with colleagues across different functions and regions.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively in both writing and speaking, tailored to the audience.
- Candidates should have a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude and should be able to show initiative
- High level of energy and enthusiasm to pursue a career in private equity sales and investor relations, as part of an international high-performance team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Advanced Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) skills required

Lead the comprehensive payment product experience for AlipayHK, including building payment capabilities and designing solutions. Construct an end-to-end payment product system covering user-facing interfaces to fund settlement, delivering high payment success rates and compliant fund flows for diversified business scenarios, while supporting rapid business growth and user experience enhancement.
Core Responsibilities
1. Payment Product System Development
ꔷ Design product strategies for payment methods, including local/cross-border e-wallet capabilities to optimize payment success rates and user experience.
ꔷ Establish full-process payment state management models (from payment initiation to transaction completion), continuously refining payment conversion funnels.
ꔷ Collaborate with card networks, leading PSPs, and banking channels to drive payment method implementation and technical solution reviews.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Implementation
ꔷ Lead end-to-end implementation of integrated payment + fund solutions across tech, BD, compliance, and operations teams.
ꔷ Iterate products via data insights, balancing user experience, capital efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
ꔷ Develop industry-standard solutions and document payment product methodologies/knowledge bases.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Prior work in payment methods/full-process payment state management preferred.
- Skills:
ꔷ End-to-end product execution: Market analysis, requirement mining, functional design, business process modeling.
ꔷ Strong logical thinking and abstraction capability to distill standardized solutions from complex scenarios.
ꔷ Data-driven decision-making with acute analytical sensitivity.

Required

- Strong understanding and grasp of market analysis, planning, development and management
