We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented 4S Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Construction Industry Council's Smart Site Safety System (4S) projects. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in smart construction technologies, with a solid understanding of the CIC Smart Site Safety System Labelling Scheme (4SLS), along with exceptional project management skills to effectively guide teams and work closely with stakeholders, ensuring the seamless deployment of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and execute the full lifecycle of 4S Smart Site Safety System projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

· Oversee the integration of smart construction technologies, including IoT devices, sensors, data collection, and central platform implementation.

· Maintain effective communication with clients, government bodies, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements and expectations.

· Participate in and optimize the implementation process of the CIC Smart Site Safety System Labelling Scheme (4SLS), ensuring compliance with standards and certification requirements.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Construction Project Management or related disciplines.

· At least 3 years of 4S/smart construction project management experience.

· Proficiency in smart construction technologies (e.g., IoT, sensors, BIM, digital twins, AI analytics) with experience in hardware integration and software development.

· Strong command of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, Dahua Cloud) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).

· Familiarity with the CIC Smart Site Safety System Labelling Scheme (4SLS) process; prior involvement in related projects is highly preferred.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

· Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions to drive project success.
