- Conduct site safety inspections and investigate accidents/incidents.
- Holder of Certificate of Safety & Health Supervisor (Construction) / Construction Safety Supervisor (issued by OSHC/CIC).
- Higher Diploma or above in occupational health and safety (OHS) or Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ relevant experience.
- Certified first aider is preferred.
- Familiar with PC usage.
- Good command of English and Chinese.

The Job
You will:
- Manage the application operation/infrastructure team on daily BAU support and service management tasks
- Lead a team with members from various internal functional areas and external service providers to deliver a Club-wide data platform within the given timeframe and resources
- Automation of operational tasks to improve the efficiency of the team
- Lead the team to manage and resolve incidents with minimal impact and take care of problem management for incident prevention
- Provide management reports of operation status and KPI regularly to management and provide continuous improvements
- Working closely with the project team and Cloud team on Capacity planning of infrastructure resources, and managing, project, monitoring, and optimising the Cloud spending of the Club-wise data platform
- Recommend a Cloud/on-premises architecture and infrastructure for the new data analytics platform in an efficient and scalable environment
- Contribute to the Cloud standards, requirements, and configuration of the hardware and system software required based on the agreed architecture
- Prepare infrastructure and technical requirements for the new data analytics platform technology architecture
- Manage vendor to implement system infrastructure (hardware and system software) and IT solution infrastructure based on the agreed infrastructure requirements and standards
- Analyse non-functional and technical requirements to ensure the application performance and availability meet the business users and IT’s requirements
- Provide training and coaching to internal IT people on the new data analytics platform technology
- Participate and contribute positively to create a diverse and inclusive culture with trust and respect. Play an active role to support cross-team/division/department efforts and model collaborative behaviours
You should have:
- A bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in Cloud operation management
- Experience in vendor management and infrastructure projects is a plus
- Exposure and experience in Cloud infrastructure management in AWS/Azure are necessary
- Experience with the software development lifecycle in waterfall and agile delivery approaches
- Hands-on experience in managing an offshore team, multiple vendors, contractors and subcontractors
- Hands-on experience in managing operations with a variety of platforms and technologies
- Experience with JIRA
- Demonstration of proven project management skills in managing IT project resources, timelines, budgets, deliverables and risks
- Excellent analytical mind and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Good awareness of commercial and contractual issues
- Strong ability in problem troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- knowledge in ITIL, IT operations, project methodology and tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation (IT teams, business users) and with external vendors
- Agile / Scrum Master Certification (e.g.SAFe) is preferred

Job Description
- Provide onsite monitoring of Contractor Health & Safety works, activities and behaviours. Check they are in accordance with the approved Method Statement and Construction Health & Safety (H&S) Plan and requirements.
- Provide direct advice and engagement to the Contractors site supervisors and Safety Officers to address non compliances.
- Review and check the Contractors work is in compliance against H&S documentation; including but not limited to – Method Statement, Risk Assessment, daily Permit to Work, H&S daily briefing etc.
- Undertake regular site walks / site presence to monitor work is being carried out in accordance with project plans, house rules, specifications, quality standards and H&S policies on site.
- Represent the Client for statutory H&S administration & coordination with Contractor.
- Coordinate with Client and FM’s team in respect to assisting contractor with building access, preparation of Method Statements, Risk Assessments & Permit to Work applications, seeking approvals and managing communications between the Contractors and the Project Manager.
- Review H&S documentation provided by the Contractors and provide feedback / advice to the Project Manager and Client H&S Team.
- Produce weekly observation reports, recording near miss observations and incidents in accordance with the Clients Standard Operational Procedures.
- Chair Weekly H&S meeting (with documented record) to identify key H&S risks and Contractor actions.
- Produce a monthly H&S report on contractor performance, identify areas of improvement by analysing the data collected by means of on-site monitoring, etc. and attend monthly Client reporting meeting, together with Client’s H&S team.
- Site coordination between Contractor, Project Manager and Project Stakeholders in respect to assessment of design changes during construction to ensure Client requirements are captured and implemented in a timely fashion, whilst also undertaken in accordance with change control procedures.
- Carrying out surveillance checks on site delivery of contractor supplied materials & equipment including checking of inventory and specifications in accordance with Contract & Specification.
- Management and coordination of Testing and Commissioning (T&C) including reporting of T&C progress and activities, as well as pre-handover inspections to the Project Manager highlighting any key issues observed on site.
- Coordinate and manage placement of bookings for Guard Services & Engineering Technicians for the works, with the Client FM team based on schedules agreed with the Project Manager.
- On Site Incident Management (if required) – Advise the Project Manager on incident report preparation, cause and mitigation review, including post incident management communications and lessons learned, to Project Manager & Client H&S team
- As necessary, attend out-of-hours site inspections and meetings; to suit the project programme requirements.
- Holder of Certificate or Diploma in construction or engineering related disciplines. Holder of Certificate in Health & Safety for Supervisors (Construction) under Hong Kong OSHC preferred.
- Registered Safety Officer with Hong Kong Labour Department is an advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience of Construction supervision and Health & Safety monitoring in construction & fitting out works within the retail banking sector, branches, ATMs as well as residential works, including interior renovations and external works.
- Native in Cantonese, with good command of written & spoken English.

Who will you be working with?
You will be working with our CS Operations and Maintenance team who are expertise to ensure on-site work are performed safely, on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the CS Operations and Maintenance team, you will be responsible for lead and supervise Field Service technicians and/ or Contractors to perform refurbishment works in Hong Kong.
What do we want to know about you?
- Diploma in E&M Engineering or related discipline or apprentice training in E&M field or E&M related training.
- At least 5 years practical working experience in electrical / mechanical / hydraulic / pneumatic engineering, preferably in railway, rolling stock, automobile or related industries.
- Qualification in MTRC CP(T) and/or Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A) and/or Gantry crane operator is a definite advantage.
- HK driving license 2 is preferred.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English.
- Good leadership, responsible, independent and self-motivated.
- Over-night duty is required.
- Lead & supervise Field Services technicians and/or Contractors to perform refurbishment works (electrical / mechanical / hydraulic / pneumatic) in Hong Kong.
- Ensure site safety, works quality & workmanship as specified.
- Maintain good communication with various stakeholders to ensure overall works progress as scheduled.
- Manage and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and other reports as necessary.

You will be working with our CS Operations and Maintenance team who are expertise to ensure on-site work are performed safely, on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.
**How will you make a difference?**
As a member of the CS Operations and Maintenance team, you will be responsible for lead and supervise Field Service technicians and/ or Contractors to perform refurbishment works in Hong Kong.
**What do we want to know about you?**
+ Diploma in E&M Engineering or related discipline or apprentice training in E&M field or E&M related training.
+ At least 5 years practical working experience in electrical / mechanical / hydraulic / pneumatic engineering, preferably in railway, rolling stock, automobile or related industries.
+ Qualification in MTRC CP(T) and/or Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A) and/or Gantry crane operator is a definite advantage.
+ HK driving license 2 is preferred.
+ Fluency in Cantonese and English.
+ Good leadership, responsible, independent and self-motivated.
**What will your typical day look like?**
+ Over-night duty is required.
+ Lead & supervise Field Services technicians and/or Contractors to perform refurbishment works (electrical / mechanical / hydraulic / pneumatic) in Hong Kong.
+ Ensure site safety, works quality & workmanship as specified.
+ Maintain good communication with various stakeholders to ensure overall works progress as scheduled.

Job Description
- Provide onsite monitoring of Contractor Health & Safety works, activities and behaviours. Check they are in accordance with the approved Method Statement and Construction Health & Safety (H&S) Plan and requirements.
- Provide direct advice and engagement to the Contractors site supervisors and Safety Officers to address non compliances.
- Review and check the Contractors work is in compliance against H&S documentation; including but not limited to – Method Statement, Risk Assessment, daily Permit to Work, H&S daily briefing etc.
- Undertake regular site walks / site presence to monitor work is being carried out in accordance with project plans, house rules, specifications, quality standards and H&S policies on site.
- Represent the Client for statutory H&S administration & coordination with Contractor.
- Coordinate with Client and FM’s team in respect to assisting contractor with building access, preparation of Method Statements, Risk Assessments & Permit to Work applications, seeking approvals and managing communications between the Contractors and the Project Manager.
- Review H&S documentation provided by the Contractors and provide feedback / advice to the Project Manager and Client H&S Team.
- Produce weekly observation reports, recording near miss observations and incidents in accordance with the Clients Standard Operational Procedures.
- Chair Weekly H&S meeting (with documented record) to identify key H&S risks and Contractor actions.
- Produce a monthly H&S report on contractor performance, identify areas of improvement by analysing the data collected by means of on-site monitoring, etc. and attend monthly Client reporting meeting, together with Client’s H&S team.
- Site coordination between Contractor, Project Manager and Project Stakeholders in respect to assessment of design changes during construction to ensure Client requirements are captured and implemented in a timely fashion, whilst also undertaken in accordance with change control procedures.
- Carrying out surveillance checks on site delivery of contractor supplied materials & equipment including checking of inventory and specifications in accordance with Contract & Specification.
- Management and coordination of Testing and Commissioning (T&C) including reporting of T&C progress and activities, as well as pre-handover inspections to the Project Manager highlighting any key issues observed on site.
- Coordinate and manage placement of bookings for Guard Services & Engineering Technicians for the works, with the Client FM team based on schedules agreed with the Project Manager.
- On Site Incident Management (if required) – Advise the Project Manager on incident report preparation, cause and mitigation review, including post incident management communications and lessons learned, to Project Manager & Client H&S team
- As necessary, attend out-of-hours site inspections and meetings; to suit the project programme requirements.
- Holder of Certificate or Diploma in construction or engineering related disciplines. Holder of Certificate in Health & Safety for Supervisors (Construction) under Hong Kong OSHC preferred.
- Registered Safety Officer with Hong Kong Labour Department is an advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience of Construction supervision and Health & Safety monitoring in construction & fitting out works within the retail banking sector, branches, ATMs as well as residential works, including interior renovations and external works.
- Native in Cantonese, with good command of written & spoken English.

- We are looking for SITE SUPERVISOR - with details as follows :
- Oversee and manage metal works, aluminum cladding, and glass wall installations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between site operations and the main contractor, maintaining high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
- Lead and supervise site teams handling metal works, aluminum cladding, and glass wall installation.
- Coordinate with the main contractor to ensure site activities align with project schedules and standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Monitor and assess installation quality, making adjustments where needed.
- Resolve site challenges and keep operations running smoothly.
- Minimum 5 years of site experience in metal works, aluminum cladding, and glass wall installations.
