Responsibilities

• Carry out general site surveying and levelling work
• Review the construction drawings to ensure the ink line are marked in accordance with the drawings
• Assist in site construction and management work

Requirements

• Degree in Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably with qualification of skilled workers in levelling and setting out trade

The Job

• Tertiary education in Engineering, Building Services, Construction, or a related field.
• 2+ years in engineering / E&M / building / related

• Report directly to the Technical Manager.
• Collaborate with a technical team of 5 members to provide engineering support for installation projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.

• Assist in development projects of IoT hardware and system architecture

• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Willing to occasionally travel to local construction sites

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall progress planning, work progress, quality & safety, and cost control of large-scale civil projects
• Review, advise and resolve on contractual, technical matters and comment on sub-contracts in related to the projects

This role will require:

• Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering / Building Technology / Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Civil or construction sector
• MHKIE / MICE or equivalent is preferred
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
