Role
Our Consultants work with marketing professionals in various industries and are exposed to a wide range of market research & consulting projects for global brand names. We utilise qualitative and quantitative research as we support the development well rounded and versatile Market Researchers. We also believe in variety and broad learning opportunities for career growth, so our Consultants work across a variety of different client industries.
Job Responsibilities-
• Work with a team of Consultants on all stages of the market research process.
• Design and execute quantitative and qualitative projects.
• Prepare client documents, reports and presentations.
• Analyse and interpret market research data.
• Manage research projects to ensure all project stages are completed on time and accurately.
• Handle client relationships and queries.
• Attend client meetings, including presenting information and recommendations to clients.
You'll need to have-
• University degree in marketing, business studies, statistics, psychology, social sciences or related fields.
• Skills in analysing, organising, preparing and presenting information.
• Proficiency in project management and meeting tight deadlines.
• Desire to work with leading edge brands and blue-chip corporations and help them shape their future.
• Experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in verbal and written English & Cantonese is essential. Mandarin is an advantage.

The Team
As part of the Client Onboarding/KYC team in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating client documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. There are Senior / Team Lead roles for more experienced candidates.
Role & Responsibilities (Maker or Checker):
Makers (Preparation / First Level Review):
- Collect, review, and validate KYC documents for new and existing clients (corporates, funds, financial institutions).
- Perform due diligence checks (CDD/EDD) including screening, beneficial ownership, and risk rating.
- Ensure timely and accurate onboarding of clients, escalating issues when necessary.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales, compliance, operations) to resolve documentation or data gaps.
Checkers (Validation / Quality Control):
- Perform second-level review of client files prepared by Makers.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of KYC documentation in line with regulatory requirements (AML, FATCA, CRS, etc.).
- Approve/reject files and provide guidance to makers to ensure continuous improvement.
- Act as escalation point for complex cases and liaise with Compliance teams when required.
- Support continuous process improvement and quality assurance within the onboarding team.
The Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years of KYC/Client Onboarding/AML experience in banking or financial services as Makers or Checkers.
- More experienced years) candidates would be considered for Team Lead position
- Strong knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and client documentation standards.
- Experience with financial institutions (asset managers, corporates, banks) onboarding is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
