Consulting – Technology Transformation – Manager – Hong Kong
EY Technology Consulting allows the clients to harness the full potential of information technology in line with their business strategy and vision whilst also supporting or driving compliance with laws and regulations. Offering services through the life cycle, the technology professionals can also assist the clients through the implementation process to achieve measurable results.

Technology Transformation
Combination of enabling capabilities and direct offerings for the CIO and CTO buyers encompassing IT Strategy, IT Operating Model Design & IT Function Transformation and Enterprise Architecture.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to translate business visions into appropriate solution design
  • Responsible for solution blueprint and roadmap
  • Responsible for customer success and deliver good business values for clients
  • Lead development teams and vendors to define guiding principles, standards and best practices.
  • Lead development teams and vendors to ensure solution delivery in accordance with the architecture principles and standards

What We Look For

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in designing and implementing large scale enterprise solution
  • Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines
  • Sound architecture design skills covering application, infrastructure, data and integration
  • Hands on experience and knowledge in API design standards, Microservices, integration platform design and implementation
  • Good understanding and experience in Project Delivery and Operation Approaches including Agile and DevOps
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong in collaboration, analytical, teamwork and organizational skills
  • Consulting experience is advantageous
  • Passion in solving problems with new technologies and approaches
  • Working knowledge of cloud architecture and enterprise solutions highly desired
  • Experience in Python and SQL is a plus
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Azure, Finance and Operation, Human Resources is a plus
