About The OpportunityAs a Content Designer, you are the bridge between our users and our products. Your expertise in crafting clear, concise, and accurate content not only builds trust with our users but also transforms complex product features into intuitive, easy-to-understand experiences. You will foster relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, including Product Management, Product Design, Marketing, User Research, Engineering, and Localization.
What You’ll Be Doing- Craft clear, concise, and user-centered content for digital products, including UI text, microcopy, error messages, tooltips, and onboarding flows, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, UX researchers, and developers to understand user needs, product goals, and technical constraints, and deliver content that enhances functionality and usability.
- Develop content strategies that align with the company’s brand voice and tone, driving consistency across platforms and products, while adapting to different user personas, use cases, and business needs.
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and content audits to analyze the effectiveness of content, gather insights, and iterate on content solutions to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
- Create and maintain content guidelines, style guides, and best practices to ensure a cohesive content experience across multiple teams and projects, fostering alignment and scalability.
- At least 5 years of content writing or UX writing and people management experience
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in English, Language Studies, Journalism, Communications, Translations or Interpretation or related fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and outstanding ability to write in English at a near-native level
- Proven experience in various forms of writing, such as content strategy, UI copy, microcopies and user education
- Experience in creating style guides, content framework, and working with diverse or global teams
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner
- Deep commitment to enhancing user experience, prioritizing user needs and insights into content creation
- Experience or familiarity with the crypto or blockchain industry
- Proficiency in design and localization software
- International experience, covering content targeted towards different geographical regions
- Proficiency in written Chinese is a bonus but not required

The Digital Content Operations Specialist will partner closely with our cross-functional and cross-regional counterparts in APAC and global HQ to support our site and digital channel partnership initiatives. The candidate must be well versed in the digital world and can utilize digital to elevate the customer and brand experience. The role requires a detail oriented, driven, and collaborative team player.
Responsibilities
- Execute and distribute digital creative for .com site content and online partnerships
- Manage the digital production workflow to produce and deliver all ecommerce and digital needs such as seasonal creative, online media placements, and platform enhancements
- Partner closely with the ecommerce and digital marketing teams to service all APAC markets including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and South East Asia
- Route all creative and changes through appropriate stakeholders for review & approvals
- Maintain vendor relationships and track vendor deliverables
- Create tech briefs in collaboration with regional ecommerce and/or marketing teams and publish content via vendors as applicable to each country’s operating models
- Ensure the creative/design team delivers high quality, on-brand designs on time
- Effectively communicate and liaise with interdepartmental teams including marketing, IT, ecommerce, wholesale, legal, and global creative teams on digital content needs of the ecommerce businesses
- Identify, implement, and collaborate on process improvements
- Proactively monitor brand’s digital properties across devices, channels, markets
- Support QA of new creative design pages and production defects
- Support the regions on bringing local content to life on digital flagship properties by closely collaborating with internal design teams in and Global HQ
- Keep up-to-date on Global & Country-level Consumer Marketing Calendars and effectively manage project timeline to bring all campaigns to life on-time, on-brand, at all times
- Keep the consumer at the center when creating digital experiences across various digital platforms
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing digital projects, especially digital content in an ecommerce or digital agency environment
- Understands creative development and digital project processes
- Can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities across various channels
- Performs well in a fast-paced, changing environment
- You are also a strong communicator and relationship builder; a hands-on and independent self-starter; and a creative thinker and problem solver
- Experience with ecommerce platforms preferred
- Experience with Salesforces or Adobe CMS is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
- English fluency/advance knowledge is a must; fluency/advanced knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese and other Asian languages is highly valued
- Knowledge with China, Japan, and/or Korea ecommerce market is a huge plus

Your role:
- Ideate and implement content strategy in order to engage our audience, drive traffic and sales revenue to different lifestyle initiatives regarding loyalty, e-commerce, travel, dining, events, experience, wellness, gaming, financial services, merchant solutions and web 3 etc.
- Responsible for ideation, design, artwork, production and delivery of graphical materials
- Work on storyboards, video productions, motion graphics and editing with design tools and/or GenAI tools
- Support content development for year-round promotional campaigns across digital channels, including but not limited to APP/web, eDM, MMS, social platforms and multi-media content
- Serve as one of the liaisons between production and internal departments to co-ordinate the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Assist in online and offline marketing initiatives and any ad hoc projects as assigned
To Succeed in this role
- Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Graphics, Multimedia, Digital Media Design or other related discipline
- Experience in working in creative agency or in-house creative studio
- At least 3 years of solid hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suites like Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere and other graphic applications like Canva.
- Experience and passionate to Generative AI and new technologies will be an advantage
- Well organized and self-motivated, explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Be proactive and motivated for challenges and mastering multiple projects in a timely and professional manner
- A good team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
