Key Responsibilities
- Daily Content Creation for Hong Kong Audiences: Plan, create, and publish social content (posts, stories, short videos, infographics, how-tos) in Cantonese and English, focused on financial education, local trends, and the digital lifestyles of Hong Kong. Make every post, story, and video feel like it belongs in the city—authentic, contemporary, and local-first.
- AI-Powered Content Excellence: Use AI tools for efficient copywriting, stunning visuals, and dynamic video—scaling up creative with speed and originality.
- Social Listening & Community Engagement: Monitor Hong Kong’s digital pulse: trending topics, memes, customer feedback, and local forums (e.g., LIHKG, Discuss). Proactively engage in conversations, answer questions, and turn users into active fans.
- Influencer & UGC Activation: Launch local influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns that resonate with Gen Z and Millennials in Hong Kong. Celebrate community voices—co-creating content that builds trust and buzz.
- Performance Analytics: Track and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, sentiment) across Hong Kong’s social landscape. Use insights to iterate, learn, and improve—always chasing what’s next.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with Product, Brand, and Customer teams to localize launches, share user stories, and amplify campaigns that matter to Hong Kong.
- Social Learning Leadership: Lead (or support, if Assistant Manager) weekly learning sessions on local trends, platform updates, and AI content tools—keeping the team ahead in Hong Kong’s fast-moving digital scene.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese, good command of Mandarin is a plus.
- Banking/ Finance category writing experience would be an advantage.
- Self-driven, team player, result-oriented and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
- Experience with marketing automation and AI tools is a plus.
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy is a plus.
- Applicants with less experience with strong potential may be considered for the Associate Manager position.

About Your Team
The Asia Pacific (“Asia”) Marketing team leads strategy and best-in-class execution of regional and country-specific marketing programs. Objectives of these programs range from strengthening Fidelity’s brand to generating sales in wholesale or institutional channels (B2B) and driving increased share of wallet from retail customers (B2C).
The APxJ Product and Content Marketing team is responsible for the provision of timely, accurate and creative content, materials and through-the-line marketing solutions to build Fidelity brand and support business to drive impact and commercial results throughout the regions.
About Your Role
The role is responsible for leading and setting the strategies to drive investment and product marketing communication in Asia Pacific to ensure a competitively strong, well-positioned communication programme is executed across regions and local markets. This will primarily involve engaging with portfolio managers and ID teams to understand FIL capabilities, strategies, product positioning, market views, and partnering with business to identify local business and client needs.
The role needs to be able to further develop narrative, storylines and product communication strategies executing against those needs. This will include the development of sales enablement materials as well as content for various distribution channels/platforms.
The role will also partner with internal Marketing resources where required to further adapt and amplify the marketing effort to create the broader impact, being the key liaison point for different stakeholders across Fidlity International and Fidelity Investment.
About You
- Engage and communicate with Stakeholders
- Build connection and relationships across the FIL and FMR network to ensure being deeply connected to the broader business, marketing, client proposition and investment teams
- Demonstrate consultative selling skills during engagement and communication in order to calibrate clients’ needs, connect the dots, drive the discussion, identify the solutions and create business/ product opportunities.
- Manage Product Marketing Materials
- Deep dive analysis on Fidelity products, including investment capabilities, investment strategies, investment objectives, investment philosophy, investment process, performance, portfolios, competitor analysis, and etc, which can further identify the unique selling points and build holistic product positioning.
- Create product marketing propositions and supporting content which sets Fidelity’s capability & solution/products apart from its competitors and is recognized for its strategic client-centred positioning.
- Integrate “FIL capabilities/strategies” and “FIL Market/Macro” contents to build the narrative and storylines to support growth/retention priorities across regions and countries to create scale and efficiency.
- Manage product relative content requirements across various areas including distributions, digital marketing, events and corporate communication.
- Consolidate resource across different functions, regions and local markets and create consolidated framework and working model for better scale and efficiency
- Consolidate Investment Insight
- Understand Fidelity market view and outlook across different asset classes, current market backdrop and sentiment that can further strengthen the communication and build the narrative and storylines.
- Leverage from Global Content team and ID teams to deliver effective market update and market outlook communication, which can be further linked to product narrative and drive high quality of communication.
- Monitor fund performance and proactively identify issues under specific market backdrop.
- Engage with FMR IPMs for new strategies/capabilities launched in FIL

As our Content Marketing Officer, you will be at the heart of our efforts to expand our brand presence and drive growth in these key markets. You will be responsible for creating a diverse range of engaging and high-quality content that speaks directly to the needs of local businesses. Most importantly, your content will educate the market on technology use and trends.
Your responsibilities include.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy tailored to the Thai / Vietnam market
- Craft compelling and SEO-optimized blog articles, white papers, and case studies that establish Odoo as a thought leader
- Produce engaging scripts and concepts for a variety of video content, including product-focused tutorials, promotional videos, and impactful customer success stories
- Create persuasive and informative sales materials, such as presentations, brochures, and product datasheets
- Collaborate with our design and video teams to bring your creative vision to life
SEO & Analytics:
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to increase organic search visibility and traffic
- Analyze content performance to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and adapt to the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to maintain content competitiveness.
Project & Time Management:
- Manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets
- Effectively juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure content alignment and consistency
- Fluent English speaker with respective native language: Native proficiency in both spoken and written Thai / Vietnamese , and fluent in English to collaborate effectively with our international team
- A Master of Words: Possesses exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create high-quality, engaging content
- Creative Thinker: Brimming with innovative ideas and adept at transforming complex information into clear, concise, and compelling stories
- An SEO Savvy Marketer: Have a good understanding of SEO principles and strong interest in learning more about SEO
- A Time Management Guru: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can effectively manage your time and priorities to meet deadlines
- A Team Player with a Global Mindset: You are a strong communicator and collaborator who is excited to work with a diverse, international team

About Your Team
The Asia Pacific (“Asia”) Marketing team leads strategy and best-in-class execution of regional and country-specific marketing programs. Objectives of these programs range from strengthening Fidelity’s brand to generating sales in wholesale or institutional channels (B2B) and driving increased share of wallet from retail customers (B2C).
The APxJ Product and Content Marketing team is responsible for the provision of timely, accurate and creative content, materials and through-the-line marketing solutions to build Fidelity brand and support business to drive impact and commercial results throughout the regions.
About Your Role
The role is responsible for leading and setting the strategies to drive investment and product marketing communication in Asia Pacific to ensure a competitively strong, well-positioned communication programme is executed across regions and local markets. This will primarily involve engaging with portfolio managers and ID teams to understand FIL capabilities, strategies, product positioning, market views, and partnering with business to identify local business and client needs.
The role needs to be able to further develop narrative, storylines and product communication strategies executing against those needs. This will include the development of sales enablement materials as well as content for various distribution channels/platforms.
The role will also partner with internal Marketing resources where required to further adapt and amplify the marketing effort to create the broader impact, being the key liaison point for different stakeholders across Fidlity International and Fidelity Investment.
About You
- Engage and communicate with Stakeholders
- Build connection and relationships across the FIL and FMR network to ensure being deeply connected to the broader business, marketing, client proposition and investment teams
- Demonstrate consultative selling skills during engagement and communication in order to calibrate clients’ needs, connect the dots, drive the discussion, identify the solutions and create business/ product opportunities.
- Manage Product Marketing Materials
- Deep dive analysis on Fidelity products, including investment capabilities, investment strategies, investment objectives, investment philosophy, investment process, performance, portfolios, competitor analysis, and etc, which can further identify the unique selling points and build holistic product positioning.
- Create product marketing propositions and supporting content which sets Fidelity’s capability & solution/products apart from its competitors and is recognized for its strategic client-centred positioning.
- Integrate “FIL capabilities/strategies” and “FIL Market/Macro” contents to build the narrative and storylines to support growth/retention priorities across regions and countries to create scale and efficiency.
- Manage product relative content requirements across various areas including distributions, digital marketing, events and corporate communication.
- Consolidate resource across different functions, regions and local markets and create consolidated framework and working model for better scale and efficiency
- Consolidate Investment Insight
- Understand Fidelity market view and outlook across different asset classes, current market backdrop and sentiment that can further strengthen the communication and build the narrative and storylines.
- Leverage from Global Content team and ID teams to deliver effective market update and market outlook communication, which can be further linked to product narrative and drive high quality of communication.
- Monitor fund performance and proactively identify issues under specific market backdrop.
- Engage with FMR IPMs for new strategies/capabilities launched in FIL
