Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Executive, Content Marketing to drive our content strategy and execution for the Hong Kong market. This role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for storytelling, content creation, and digital marketing who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with KKday’s brand vision, audience, and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to engage the target audience through innovative and impactful content.
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content, including blog articles, social media posts, newsletters, videos, and other digital assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Tailor content to resonate with the local audience in Hong Kong, considering cultural nuances and consumer preferences.
- Translate global content into localized formats, ensuring relevance and impact.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and marketing, to align content initiatives with broader business goals.
- Manage relationships with freelancers, agencies, and other external collaborators as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
- Strong understanding of social media, and content performance metrics.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and adapt to evolving trends.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

About Your Team
The Asia Pacific (“Asia”) Marketing team leads strategy and best-in-class execution of regional and country-specific marketing programs. Objectives of these programs range from strengthening Fidelity’s brand to generating sales in wholesale or institutional channels (B2B) and driving increased share of wallet from retail customers (B2C).
The APxJ Product and Content Marketing team is responsible for the provision of timely, accurate and creative content, materials and through-the-line marketing solutions to build Fidelity brand and support business to drive impact and commercial results throughout the regions.
About Your Role
The role is responsible for leading and setting the strategies to drive investment and product marketing communication in Asia Pacific to ensure a competitively strong, well-positioned communication programme is executed across regions and local markets. This will primarily involve engaging with portfolio managers and ID teams to understand FIL capabilities, strategies, product positioning, market views, and partnering with business to identify local business and client needs.
The role needs to be able to further develop narrative, storylines and product communication strategies executing against those needs. This will include the development of sales enablement materials as well as content for various distribution channels/platforms.
The role will also partner with internal Marketing resources where required to further adapt and amplify the marketing effort to create the broader impact, being the key liaison point for different stakeholders across Fidlity International and Fidelity Investment.
About You
- Engage and communicate with Stakeholders
- Build connection and relationships across the FIL and FMR network to ensure being deeply connected to the broader business, marketing, client proposition and investment teams
- Demonstrate consultative selling skills during engagement and communication in order to calibrate clients’ needs, connect the dots, drive the discussion, identify the solutions and create business/ product opportunities.
- Manage Product Marketing Materials
- Deep dive analysis on Fidelity products, including investment capabilities, investment strategies, investment objectives, investment philosophy, investment process, performance, portfolios, competitor analysis, and etc, which can further identify the unique selling points and build holistic product positioning.
- Create product marketing propositions and supporting content which sets Fidelity’s capability & solution/products apart from its competitors and is recognized for its strategic client-centred positioning.
- Integrate “FIL capabilities/strategies” and “FIL Market/Macro” contents to build the narrative and storylines to support growth/retention priorities across regions and countries to create scale and efficiency.
- Manage product relative content requirements across various areas including distributions, digital marketing, events and corporate communication.
- Consolidate resource across different functions, regions and local markets and create consolidated framework and working model for better scale and efficiency
- Consolidate Investment Insight
- Understand Fidelity market view and outlook across different asset classes, current market backdrop and sentiment that can further strengthen the communication and build the narrative and storylines.
- Leverage from Global Content team and ID teams to deliver effective market update and market outlook communication, which can be further linked to product narrative and drive high quality of communication.
- Monitor fund performance and proactively identify issues under specific market backdrop.
- Engage with FMR IPMs for new strategies/capabilities launched in FIL

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing & Communications, you will play an essential role in supporting the development, coordination and delivery of Habitat’s key marketing activities. You will be responsible for delivering specific marketing initiatives and projects that will enable Habitat to grow its reputation, raise its profile, and build our community of support.
Collaboration is central to how we operate as a team. The Marketing & Communications Officer will work closely with colleagues throughout the organisation, to implement impactful marketing campaigns, to identify and drive key audiences to our services and to gather and interpret insights gained from our digital analytics and market research.
Key Responsibilities Include
Marketing, Communications, & Brand Building
- Implement innovative and successful marketing activity across digital and traditional channels.
- Draft Chinese and English copy for social media, website and other platforms. Ensure content is accurate, on brand, and engaging.
- Check and correct for spelling, grammar, punctuation and editorial style, ensuring consistent and appropriate tone and voice across all content.
- Provide marketing, communications, and other support as needed, for all events.
- Review, update, and maintain brand & marketing collaterals and communications materials used by all staff and stakeholders i.e. Board Directors.
- Liaise with and coordinate vendors, agencies, and media as appropriate.
Qualifications
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree holder in communication, marketing, PR, social media, new media, journalism, translation, business administration or other relevant discipline.
- Preferably 1-2 years of marketing and communications experience; fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Candidates who are passionate about working in the non-profit sector, with relevant experience gained from other industries, are also welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and/or digital fundraising.
- Experience of supporting large-scale public campaigns & events.
- Detail oriented, able to take instructions effectively, take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
- Good analytical, organizational, & research skills.
- Able to manage conflicting priorities and exhibit consistent follow-through, even when working under time constraints, changing priorities, & multiple deadlines.
- Proactively seeks other perspectives and has strong inter-personal & cross-cultural skills.
- Previous work experience in a non-profit organisation, including in a volunteering capacity, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in PC operations (MS based applications. English and Chinese word processing).
- Knowledge of software/tool applications, e.g. Monday.com, Salesforce, WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS).
- An early adopter, with proven experience in digital marketing and/or digital fundraising.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
