Visual Content Producer (Project-based Contract)

We’re looking for a Visual Content Producer — a creative professional with strong visual taste and a hands-on approach, who will work closely with our Brand Creative team to transform ideas into compelling visual content.

This role combines production, styling, and visual execution. You will turn abstract creative directions into tangible outputs such as styled sets, product shoots, lifestyle imagery, and videos. You should be comfortable behind the camera, planning logistics, styling scenes, and paying close attention to design details.

You will collaborate with our in-house photographers and graphic designers, bringing an innovative mindset to lead creative shoots from concept to delivery. Your responsibilities include prop sourcing, scene styling, and bringing creative ideas to life across various content formats.

This is an on-site, project-based contract role with the potential for a retainer based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Senior Creative Manager on shoot planning, moodboard refinement, and visual strategies.
  • Interpret visual concepts and brand campaigns in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Work with the social media team to develop new visual storytelling ideas.
  • Provide creative input on how to realize ideas across different mediums.
Styling & Aesthetic Execution:
  • Set the aesthetic tone for each shoot, including lighting, composition, and framing.
  • Style watches, props, models, and lifestyle scenes to match the brand’s visual identity.
  • Source and prepare physical elements supporting narrative and brand cohesion.
Photography & Content Production:
  • Capture stills and short videos for web, marketing, and social media.
  • Manage lighting, equipment, and environment setups.
  • Ensure high visual standards with attention to lighting, framing, and texture.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar image editing software.

Your role:

  • Ideate and implement content strategy in order to engage our audience, drive traffic and sales revenue to different lifestyle initiatives regarding loyalty, e-commerce, travel, dining, events, experience, wellness, gaming, financial services, merchant solutions and web 3 etc.
  • Responsible for ideation, design, artwork, production and delivery of graphical materials
  • Work on storyboards, video productions, motion graphics and editing with design tools and/or GenAI tools
  • Support content development for year-round promotional campaigns across digital channels, including but not limited to APP/web, eDM, MMS, social platforms and multi-media content
  • Serve as one of the liaisons between production and internal departments to co-ordinate the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Assist in online and offline marketing initiatives and any ad hoc projects as assigned

To Succeed in this role

  • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Graphics, Multimedia, Digital Media Design or other related discipline
  • Experience in working in creative agency or in-house creative studio
  • At least 3 years of solid hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suites like Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere and other graphic applications like Canva.
  • Experience and passionate to Generative AI and new technologies will be an advantage
  • Well organized and self-motivated, explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Be proactive and motivated for challenges and mastering multiple projects in a timely and professional manner
  • A good team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills

The Digital Content Operations Specialist will partner closely with our cross-functional and cross-regional counterparts in APAC and global HQ to support our site and digital channel partnership initiatives. The candidate must be well versed in the digital world and can utilize digital to elevate the customer and brand experience. The role requires a detail oriented, driven, and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and distribute digital creative for .com site content and online partnerships
  • Manage the digital production workflow to produce and deliver all ecommerce and digital needs such as seasonal creative, online media placements, and platform enhancements
  • Partner closely with the ecommerce and digital marketing teams to service all APAC markets including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and South East Asia
  • Route all creative and changes through appropriate stakeholders for review & approvals
  • Maintain vendor relationships and track vendor deliverables
  • Create tech briefs in collaboration with regional ecommerce and/or marketing teams and publish content via vendors as applicable to each country’s operating models
  • Ensure the creative/design team delivers high quality, on-brand designs on time
  • Effectively communicate and liaise with interdepartmental teams including marketing, IT, ecommerce, wholesale, legal, and global creative teams on digital content needs of the ecommerce businesses
  • Identify, implement, and collaborate on process improvements
  • Proactively monitor brand’s digital properties across devices, channels, markets
  • Support QA of new creative design pages and production defects
  • Support the regions on bringing local content to life on digital flagship properties by closely collaborating with internal design teams in and Global HQ
  • Keep up-to-date on Global & Country-level Consumer Marketing Calendars and effectively manage project timeline to bring all campaigns to life on-time, on-brand, at all times
  • Keep the consumer at the center when creating digital experiences across various digital platforms

Requirements

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing digital projects, especially digital content in an ecommerce or digital agency environment
  • Understands creative development and digital project processes
  • Can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities across various channels
  • Performs well in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • You are also a strong communicator and relationship builder; a hands-on and independent self-starter; and a creative thinker and problem solver
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms preferred
  • Experience with Salesforces or Adobe CMS is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
  • English fluency/advance knowledge is a must; fluency/advanced knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese and other Asian languages is highly valued
  • Knowledge with China, Japan, and/or Korea ecommerce market is a huge plus

Ralph Lauren Asia Pacific is looking for a motivated and digital savvy Digital Content Operations Specialist to join the digital production team. The Digital Content Operations Specialist will partner closely with our cross-functional and cross-regional counterparts in APAC and global HQ to support our site and digital channel partnership initiatives. The candidate must be well versed in the digital world and can utilize digital to elevate the customer and brand experience. The role requires a detail oriented, driven, and collaborative team player.
Responsibilities

  • Execute and distribute digital creative for .com site content and online partnerships
  • Manage the digital production workflow to produce and deliver all ecommerce and digital needs such as seasonal creative, online media placements, and platform enhancements
  • Partner closely with the ecommerce and digital marketing teams to service all APAC markets including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and South East Asia
  • Route all creative and changes through appropriate stakeholders for review & approvals
  • Maintain vendor relationships and track vendor deliverables
  • Create tech briefs in collaboration with regional ecommerce and/or marketing teams and publish content via vendors as applicable to each country’s operating models
  • Ensure the creative/design team delivers high quality, on-brand designs on time
  • Effectively communicate and liaise with interdepartmental teams including marketing, IT, ecommerce, wholesale, legal, and global creative teams on digital content needs of the ecommerce businesses
  • Identify, implement, and collaborate on process improvements
  • Proactively monitor brand’s digital properties across devices, channels, markets
  • Support QA of new creative design pages and production defects
  • Support the regions on bringing local content to life on digital flagship properties by closely collaborating with internal design teams in and Global HQ
  • Keep up-to-date on Global & Country-level Consumer Marketing Calendars and effectively manage project timeline to bring all campaigns to life on-time, on-brand, at all times
  • Keep the consumer at the center when creating digital experiences across various digital platforms
Requirements
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing digital projects, especially digital content in an ecommerce or digital agency environment
  • Understands creative development and digital project processes
  • Can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities across various channels
  • Performs well in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • You are also a strong communicator and relationship builder; a hands-on and independent self-starter; and a creative thinker and problem solver
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms preferred
  • Experience with Salesforces or Adobe CMS is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required

We are a team under New Media Group 新傳媒集團 that runs a finance and business brand which includes media platforms of website, social media and a print magazine 經濟一週. We are revamping our business model, and we are looking for young and energetic members to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • The role is in charge of our finance & investment pillar, and also work on our weekly feature story.
  • Content traffic accountability: You will lead the traffic drive of finance & investment in our website and app. Able to create content that drive traffic, viewership and engagement. Research, create and edit content with SEO approach on various topics along finance & investment. Format includes online articles, social media feeds (FB, IG, Linkedin), eDM.
  • Cover feature creation: You will need to propose and conduct interesting topics for our weekly features in magazine and paid content area. You will be able to handle phone / personal interviews and create the content. The whole features will normally involve social posts for driving awareness and engagement, articles on our website, cover story in magazines, and sometimes video creation.
  • You will also liaise with columnists / content contributors for cooperation, negotiate the terms and article frequency, evaluate the performance and update the network regularly
  • Maintain accuracy of content on a daily basis through CMS to ensure content updates.
  • Participate in website development & maintenance, new featured projects and programs that can build up our business & finance brand in the market.
  • Ensure content produced meets editorial and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder in Journalism, Digital Media, Advertising, Communications, Marketing or related discipline is preferred
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in finance & investment content editing. Good Chinese writing and editing skills.
  • Familiar with online culture, and know how to develop good reach and engaging content
  • Familiar to web traffic analytics, and able to identify the reasons and improvement is a plus.
  • With passion in investment content and initiatives to drive new directions
