About the Job
MoneyHero is on the hunt for a meticulous and detail-obsessed Product Content Quality Specialist to join our dynamic Commercial team. This role is mission-critical: ensuring that all listings and provider-related content published on our Hong Kong platform are accurate, compliant, and promotion-perfect. You'll work closely with our Product Content, Marketing, and Commercial teams to QA everything from provider T&Cs to promotional copy — basically, if it's going live, you're the last line of defense.

The Product Content Quality Specialist will be responsible for:
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Perform detailed QA checks on product listings and campaign pages, including provider T&Cs, offers, and disclosures before publication.
- Validate accuracy and alignment of content with source materials provided by financial institutions and commercial partners.
- Identify discrepancies and flag potential compliance or regulatory concerns.
Content Validation
- Cross-reference published product content against original documents (e.g., product brochures, provider websites, or campaign briefs).
- Ensure localization accuracy in Traditional Chinese (where applicable) and relevancy to the Hong Kong market.
- Partner with Product Content and Marketing teams to ensure campaign timelines are met without compromising quality.
- Support Commercial team members in interpreting T&Cs and promotional mechanics to ensure listings represent them faithfully.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain a QA checklist and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for different product types and campaign formats.
- Log findings and maintain an error-tracking database for continuous improvement and feedback loops.
- Proactively suggest enhancements to QA processes, tools, or templates.
- Participate in retrospectives or review meetings to improve campaign execution and QA timelines.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- Experience in QA, content review, compliance, or editorial operations (1+ years preferred). Fresh graduates with relevant academic or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in written Traditional Chinese and/or Cantonese —ability to review and understand localized financial terminology, campaign language, and provider T&Cs tailored for the Hong Kong audience.
- Sharp attention to detail with a knack for spotting inconsistencies.
- Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in CMS environments and using collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Excel/Sheets).
- Understanding of our financial products and accompanying offers based on our rewards program
Good to have:
- Familiarity with financial products (credit cards, loans, insurance, etc.) in the Hong Kong market is a strong advantage.

Provide expert service on Non-destructive test inspection of welds/materials to ensure the safety and reliability of rides, parade floats, and theatre systems. Perform and record attraction quality assurance inspections, including job plans and production inspections. Execute quality control on ride parts to ensure compliance with Disney quality and safety standards.
**Basic Qualifications:**
- Diploma or above in Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions
- Familiar with basic principles of various NDT methods, metal processing, and welding processes
- Sound knowledge of NDT in welds and mechanical components
- Preferred: Relevant certifications such as ASNT, PCN, ACCP, ISO (at least two of the following NDT qualifications):
- Level II in magnetic particle inspection
- Level II in liquid penetrant inspection
- Level II in Visual Testing
- Level II in Ultrasonic Testing
Plus, certified welding inspector by AWS/CSWIP is an advantage.

Our client, one of the leading Investment Banks in Hong Kong, are actively seeking a strong QA Engineer to join their team and assist with the testing & quality assurance as the firm continues to enhance, roll out and deliver their trading platforms for the Equities markets across Asia.
The Role:
- Work closely with the team & SMEs to understand and verify business requirements, functional- and non-functional specifications.
- Hands-on design & execution of test cases, as well as functional- and non-functional testing for the trading applications, order management systems, DMA etc.
- Assist and help the QA Team with pre-release testing & estimation (evaluating and communicating the risks to the QA Manager, colleagues and project stakeholders).
- Help drive the adoption of best practices, principles and ongoing improvement of the bank's existing Quality Assurance / processes / practices.
What You Offer:
- At least 2 to 3+ years of hands-on, technical experience managing QA and UAT test environments for global (or regional) projects & organisations.
- Manual and functional / non-functional black box testing (any test automation experience would be a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English. Written & spoken Chinese (Cantonese) is also a plus.
- Prior experience in Banking and Financial Service e.g. front office trading applications, cash / electronic trading applications, FIX protocol a definite advantage (not a must).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or related).
- A strong work ethic, self driven and - with suitable guidance - capable of learning also highly desired.
