Responsibilities

  • Provide transport services to the guests from and/or to VIPL and departure/arrival gate and ensure safe and efficient transit of VIPs through the airport
  • Inspect and maintain the VIP vehicles fleets in clean and good condition
  • Hanle check-in arrangements, immigration and customs clearance, baggage retrieval and airport tax exemption arrangements for VIPs
  • Monitor the performance of service contractors and report to seniors in maintaining the required quality and service standard
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with at least 5 years’ working experience as a chauffeur in the hospitality industry
  • Holder of a valid Class 1, 2 and 9 driving licence
  • Clean driving record
  • Good team player, caring, courteous and detail-oriented
  • A warm and welcoming personality and willingness to engage with guests
  • Fluent Cantonese and able to communicate in simple English and Putonghua
  • Required to wear uniform with grooming standard and shift duty is required

Preferred Skills:

Responsibilities
  1. Lead all contract services for Hong Kong data centre projects, ensuring compliance with company requirements.
  2. Assist the procurement team in tendering processes, including pre-tender review, bid evaluations, and advising on contract awards.
  3. Manage contract administration, correspondence, dispute resolution, cash flow monitoring, and support to QS team post-contract award.
  4. Act as the primary contract liaison with contractors, consultants, and clients, focusing on Hong Kong projects while supporting expansion across Asia.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, law, quantity surveying, or relevant discipline.
  2. At least 7 years’ contract management experience in Hong Kong construction; Asian experience is an advantage.
  3. Strong knowledge of HK building regulations, procurement standards, and contracts (HKIA, NEC, FIDIC, etc.).
  4. Experience in data centre or mission-critical facility projects is a plus.

How You Will Do It:

• Assist the Project Team in preparing and maintaining all project related documents including permit application, reports, quotations, variation orders (VOs) and up-to-date records.

• Provide administrative support to internal and external users, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.

• Maintain the organized filing system of all correspondences of each project

• Support and assist in ad-hoc as assigned

What we look for:

• Diploma or above in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in retail projects experience

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Self-motivated with good management and effective communication skills

• Immediate available is preferred

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Officer*
