We are currently seeking a passionate and seasoned Alteryx Developer / Alteryx Solutions Engineer (or Alteryx Technical Consultant), who both designs and builds Alteryx workflows end-to-end, administers the Alteryx Server environment, and supports end users.
Key responsibilities
- Requirement Translation: Convert business requirements into Alteryx technical workflow designs.
- Workflow Development: Build scalable Alteryx workflows for data extraction, transformation, and output (e.g., reports, datasets).
- Alteryx Server Configuration: Publishing workflows, setting schedules, managing galleries, and user access control.
- Integration Setup: Connect Alteryx to client systems (e.g., databases, CRM, ERP) and automate data pipelines.
- Testing & Validation: Ensure workflows meet accuracy, efficiency, and business logic standards.
- Deployment & Scheduling: Publish workflows to Alteryx Server, configure schedules, and manage permissions.
- Performance Optimization: Tune workflows for speed, resource efficiency, and reliability.
- Documentation: Create technical specs, user guides, and maintenance procedures.
- User Support & Training: Assist superusers with technical issues and provide basic workflow usage guidance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix post-deployment issues in workflows, data, or Alteryx Server.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on experience as an Alteryx Developer or Alteryx Solutions Engineer.
- Proven experience building and optimizing Alteryx workflows for data extraction, transformation, and enterprise-grade output (reports, datasets, APIs).
- Strong understanding of Alteryx Server administration: publishing, scheduling, gallery management, user access control, and performance tuning.
- Demonstrated success integrating Alteryx with client systems—databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL), CRM, ERP, REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based sources.
- Experience with end-to-end data pipeline automation, testing, validation, and post-deployment troubleshooting in production environments

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist and coordinate with supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
- Serve as the bridge between users, software development teams, design teams, and QA teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Maintain and manage meticulous project documentation (because keeping track of the details is how we roll).
- Drive project progress and help ensure everything’s on schedule (and nothing falls through the cracks)
- Preferably 1+ year of relevant experience.Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day coordination of project activities and timelines.
- Support communication between internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Track project progress and assist in scheduling and logistics.
- Support tender preparation and business development activities.
- Help ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or related disciplines.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
- Knowledge or interest in AI applications is an advantage.
