ABOUT ANFIELD ST. BOSCO KOON YING SCHOOL

Anfield Hearts Foundation is an organisation with a strong passion to support the educational needs of the most vulnerable SEND children in Hong Kong. Anfield St. Bosco Koon Ying School is a small, but outstanding, special school that accommodates KS1 and KS2 children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. We are looking for a compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. The position will support students' learning, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), while implementing behavioral strategies to enhance their educational experience.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Collaborate with Supervisors, Classroom Teacher and Head Teacher to facilitate effective student learning.
• Provide one-on-one and group support using SEN approaches and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Lead and guide students in individual and small group activities as directed by the Classroom Teacher.
• Conduct therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, to support students' behavioral and educational needs.
• Observe and document student performance and progress, reporting findings to the Head Teacher and Programme Supervisors.
• Assist in planning, developing, and executing Individualized Education Programs (IEP).
• Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and classroom decorations as needed.
