Job Responsibilities- Participate in designing, coding, testing, documentation, and implementing IT projects.

Requirements- At least 3 years of experience in an IT environment.
- Solid experience in Java JEE technologies and web-based development.
- Knowledge in Tomcat, API development, and Linux.
- Knowledge in EJB, XML, HTML, JavaScript, Websphere (preferable).
- Knowledge in databases (Oracle, SQL).
- Banking knowledge is an advantage.

Purpose of the Role:
The role of APAC core acquiring product lead has the autonomy and support to execute the core acquiring product vision across APAC. This role is accountable to set the tone for strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers and partners, defining the APAC core acquiring solutions and product roadmap and leading the team to deliver. A crucial leadership position in the APAC product team, that acts as the intersection between GP customers, country and region leads, technology teams, finance and third party vendors.
To bring this role to life requires the skills and understanding of all elements of the product life cycle; working with country leads and marketing to map market research (identifying trends and recommending new product opportunities), defining the product strategy, working with technology teams to deliver and complete ongoing analysis of product commercialisation and performance.
Responsibilities:
Product domain: Core acquiring payments
- Leadership of the core acquiring domain across APAC, including a team of up to 7 team members.
- Responsible for product Business-As-Usual, connecting product operations, support, integration and partner accreditation, service management, sales support with key and key accounts.
- Encourages and drives innovation within the product domain and organisation.
- Passion to mentor, coach and develop product managers and team members.
- The primary responsibility will be to focus on core payments products and services such as authorisation, clearing and settlement (international & domestic), transaction lifecycle management (chargebacks, fraud & risk management), merchant billing, acquiring for Local Payment Methods and other Alternative Payment Methods.
- Additional focus areas include compliance with payment network regulations, Integration of payment providers (including PSPs and terminal payment app providers). May also be responsible for other products, as required.
- Cater to specific requirements across the APAC region, such as onshoring requirements in Taiwan.
- SME for domain, leading conversations with key partners and representing GP needs.
- Defines the strategy for their product domain across APAC to represent the needs of existing and future customers, acting as their voice inside the business and being passionate about the user experience.
- Product development using a variety of techniques including customer visits, interviews, questionnaires, user observation, workshops, brainstorming, use cases, and prototyping to determine what products and features to build and enable.
- Understand the competitive landscape of payments and payment-related industries using data and insights to drive the solution and deliver effective feature sets within GP AU/NZ.
- Partners with the International product organisation to understand key global developments of product to bring best in class solutions to market and export best in class solutions to the world.
- Experience leading product teams who create well defined feature definition as per the defined product development lifecycle, collaborating with agile development teams and colleagues in multiple regions.
- Lead roadmap planning for domain, supporting product managers to create well defined product briefs, manage and prioritise the product backlog across different activities in the region.
- Work with country managers to prioritise and deliver new product design, development and product improvement activities.
- Lead feature/design workshops to drive alignment and creativity in solution design.
- Own go-to-market approach for domain, effectively communicating upcoming releases internally and externally.
- Lead change management processes associated with assigned products, engaging with teams early to ensure understanding, buy-in and optimal operational process are put in place to support any launches of product updates/changes.
- Manage the product lifecycle for domain, including end of life and withdrawal of products and features from the market.
- Consolidate target-state process maps for domain with an initial focus to deliver Target Architecture Model (TAM) in partnership with the International product organisation.
- Strategic review of all vendors with roadmap to deliver TAM and commercial analysis of vendor relationships to ensure best fit for Global Payments.
- Design and articulate product placement for the domain.
- Take ownership of the domain. Work with teams and stakeholders to solve product related problems, and own decisions to ensure the right outcome is delivered.
- Establish and manage third party vendor relationships across the value chain where appropriate.
- Lead the domain with a client first approach and a commercial mindset.
- You are commercially astute, working with sales partners to create business cases in order to obtain funding for product build.
- Work with product operations to report on product performance to the APAC senior leadership team and country managers to help inform decisions on product roadmap and lifecycle.
- Work with finance, marketing, and sales to deliver competitive pricing strategies and creation of sales / customer assets.

We are looking for a skilled software developer to join our experienced core application development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, modifying, and implementing mainly on our core application. Your duties will include liaising with the development managers, writing clean, scalable code, creating testing protocols, fixing bugs, and deploying programs. To be successful in this role, you will need extensive knowledge of LifePRO, both on functionality and back-end framework. Programming languages which you should be competent are COBOL, C#.NET and REST web services.
Responsibilities
- Maintains, configures, tunes, and administrate the LifePRO application to ensure application integrity and reliability.
- Experience in working in an Agile manner with Github and JIRA.
- Writing and implementing, clean, scalable code.
- Troubleshooting and debugging code.
- Verifying and deploying software systems.
- Implementing solutions from various back-end web services and databases
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years work experience with focus in LifePRO
- Knowledge of software systems and frameworks including C#.NET, COBOL, GitHub, and SQL.
- In-depth knowledge Object Oriented Programming and Service Oriented Architecture
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually on a project.
- Proven problem-solving ability and demonstrated ability to think “outside-the-box”.

- Responsible for the visual interface design and interaction optimization of the company's financial products (trading terminals, asset management backends, risk control systems, etc.).
- Design data visualization solutions tailored to financial industry characteristics (e.g., candlestick charts, position panels, risk indicator dashboards).
- Ensure UI design complies with financial industry standards (e.g., trading terminal layouts, compliance prompts, risk warnings).
2. Financial Business Understanding & Requirement Translation
- Work closely with product managers and financial business teams to understand core workflows (trading, risk management, settlement, etc.).
- Transform complex financial logic (order types, leverage calculations, clearing processes) into clear and user-friendly interface designs .
- Be familiar with UI conventions in securities, futures, forex, or crypto markets (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, Tonghuashun).
- Establish and maintain a Design System for fintech platforms to ensure UI consistency across multiple products.
- Define financial data display standards (e.g., red for gains/green for losses, decimal precision, data refresh rates).
- Optimize efficient workflows for professional financial users (hotkeys, batch operations, quick order placement).
4. User Experience Optimization
- Continuously improve platform usability and efficiency through user research, A/B testing , etc.
- Address financial users' unique needs (multi-screen monitoring, real-time data pressure, high-frequency operations).
- Balance experience requirements between professional traders and novice users .
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
1.3+ years of UI design experience, with at least 1 year in financial products (trading systems, asset management platforms, banking systems).
2. Proficient in Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD , capable of high-fidelity prototyping.
3. Familiar with financial data presentation (candlestick charts, order books, position panels).
4. Understand financial concepts (order types, leverage, settlement, risk metrics).
5. Strong interaction design skills , able to optimize complex workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience designing securities, futures, forex, or crypto trading platforms .
2. Knowledge of financial compliance (risk disclosures, investor suitability).
3. Experience in data visualization (D3.js, ECharts).
4. Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS) for better developer collaboration.
Additional Advantages
1.Experience with financial terminals (Bloomberg, MetaTrader, Tonghuashun).

- Collaborate with business divisions to define project scope and planning during project initiation phases with clarity on business objectives and outcomes.
- Define the project timeline for the implementation approaches.
- Help customers fully understand the value of the applications to the business.
- Provide inputs to business proposals to ensure technical contents are covered correctly.
- Facilitate discussions and help vendors understand business requirements.
- Guide vendors to perform analysis and design. Discuss, challenge, and validate their recommendation, analysis, and estimation to fulfill AXA’s expectation.
- Lead vendors to build, integrate, test and deliver application solution.

- Review solution deliverables to ensure they meet AXA’s policies, standards, and quality requirement.
- Monitor the projects throughout the delivery life cycle aim at controlling the scope, schedule, and cost for IT projects.
- Oversee the delivery of trainings and knowledge transfer to the production support teams to ensure necessary knowledge is transferred.
- University degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT solution delivery, with at least 3 years’ experience in the insurance/financial services field.
- Good understanding of system development life cycle and quality assurance process.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Working knowledge of AS400 RPGILE system development in life insurance/financial services field is an advantage.
- Working experience in Asia countries, with understandings of the country characteristics, cultures and work style, is an advantage.
