Creative Strategist Responsibilities:

  • Help set creative direction and build strategic plans that prioritize the biggest opportunities for business results for both clients and Meta
  • Help build crucial relationships and influence with client teams across sales, creative, and agency - that positions Meta for success with large scale companies
  • Educate, consult and scale creative solutions that inspire, influence and drive client action
  • Operationalize creative data, metrics and insights-driven approach that identifies the right creative challenges and blockers, tracks progress, and delivers long term sustainable progress
  • Learn fast to quickly decode and deploy emerging experiences at the speed of Meta technology

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with a degree in marketing, communication, digital art, graphic design
  • Creative experience in performance marketing/advertising: gained from working at creative agencies, in-house creative teams, platforms, tech companies, or non-traditional content creators
  • Experience in creative ideas for paid social media: portfolio of social media campaigns required
  • Experience in public presentation and influencing clients and agencies
  • Knowledge of AI solutions and tools for marketing and advertising
  • Hands-on experience building persuasive presentations, mockups and videos
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in vertical short form video and creator marketing across multiple industry categories
  • Understanding of measurement and willingness to learn new tools

Key responsibilities

  • Oversees the production process of highly customized client branded PowerPoint Presentations

  • Conceive and design style frames and storyboards for pre-visualizations

Creative Strategist Responsibilities:

  • Help set creative direction and build strategic plans that prioritize the biggest opportunities for business results for both clients and Meta
  • Help build crucial relationships and influence with client teams across sales, creative, and agency - that positions Meta for success with large scale companies
  • Educate, consult and scale creative solutions that inspire, influence and drive client action
  • Operationalize creative data, metrics and insights-driven approach that identifies the right creative challenges and blockers, tracks progress, and delivers long term sustainable progress
  • Learn fast to quickly decode and deploy emerging experiences at the speed of Meta technology
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with a degree in marketing, communication, digital art, graphic design
  • Creative experience in performance marketing/advertising: gained from working at creative agencies, in-house creative teams, platforms, tech companies, or non-traditional content creators
  • Experience in creative ideas for paid social media: portfolio of social media campaigns required
  • Experience in public presentation and influencing clients and agencies
  • Knowledge of AI solutions and tools for marketing and advertising
  • Hands-on experience building persuasive presentations, mockups and videos
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in vertical short form video and creator marketing across multiple industry categories
  • Understanding of measurement and willingness to learn new tools
  • Data fluency – you are happy getting your hands dirty with data dashboards
  • Experience in Export Marketing in the Greater China Region

About the Opportunity:

As a Senior Social Media Manager (Lead), you will be a key player in defining and expanding our brand's digital footprint across all social media platforms. Collaborating closely with our dynamic marketing team, you will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative social media strategies and campaigns that engage our audience, enhance brand visibility, and drive our message home.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement for different social media channels.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) to ensure brand consistency in voice, style, and tone.
  • Oversee and streamline data tracking systems to ensure accurate and actionable insights.
  • Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Apply creativity to design and implement innovative growth hacking strategies tailored to enhance user acquisition and retention.
  • Design and execute user acquisition strategies aimed at expanding the user base and driving growth.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure high effectiveness and ROI, leveraging data to refine approaches.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., token listings, customer service) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
  • Ad hoc responsibilities to meet the team's social media and marketing goals.
Requirements
  • Experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in a technology or financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in content creation, with an excellent grasp of the English language.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels, blockchain, and cryptocurrency is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
