- Acquire credit card or other banking business proactively to achieve sales target through the following locations:
- Pre-selected Corporation’s office by Product & Marketing or Management referrals
- Roadshow in guided locations
- Bank branches
- Assist customers in completing credit card application via Card + Channel / designated devices and advise customer to provide required documents
- Explain credit card features or other banking products/services to potential customers
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure efficient end-to-end application process
- Conduct sales activities in compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Secondary Education (HKCEE/DSE) holder or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking or financial institutions, preferably with sales or customer service experience
- Self-starter with a tenacity to succeed, and a flair for selling
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Good awareness of compliance and company guidelines
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- HKIB Certified Banker preferred

Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Assist in formulation of card acquisition strategy to deepen market penetration and grow market share
- Develop marketing campaigns to boost up new cards intakes with clear proposition at a cost efficient manner
- Manage and liaise with acquisition channels to ensure marketing programs are smoothly executed and acquisition targets are on track
- Drive customer journey enhancement with digitization and collaborate with other business units to develop superior end-to-end customer experience across channels and customer touchpoints
- Initiate delivery planning, P&L forecast, requirement scoping, card scheme negotiation, risk clearance, product commercialization and coordination work with different stakeholders to ensure a smooth project delivery to achieve the business goals
- Support day-to-day business and operational tasks including cost control and monitoring, development of project proposal and management reports, liaison on customer enquiries and complaints etc.
- Work closely with Risk team on credit refinement and ensure regulatory requirements are met
To be successful you will need
- University degree holder, preferably majoring in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Work experience on credit card is preferred. Experience in digital projects or analytical areas would be a plus
- Strong business acumen and project management skills
- Self-driven with strong drive and positive working attitude
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with critical thinking
- Able to work with stakeholders from various functions and disciplines to drive business outcomes
- Fluent in Cantonese and English with good presentation skills

- Lead Card Acquisition team to design and implement the strategic plan to grow business of credit card
- Drive card acquisitions with diversification of acquisition channels and via partnership with external parties to enhance business profitability and growth
- Identify and penetrate new market segments through tailored marketing initiatives to optimize asset growth and strengthen brand positioning of the products
- Broaden the cardholder base and diversify portfolio mix to maximize cross-selling opportunities and revenue streams
- Manage and optimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) channels to enhance cost efficiency in credit card acquisition
- Utilize customer segmentation to increase the effectiveness of acquisition channels, campaigns, and cross-selling actions
- Liaise with external partners and merchants to provide special privileges and joint promotions for card acquiring and spending programs
- Monitor trends in card sector and explore opportunities for cross-selling and collaboration synergy
Requirements
- University degree holder in marketing or business administration or related disciplines
- At least 8 years of experience in credit card and financial industry, including at least 5 years of management experience
- Relevant experience in product development, project management and marketing communication is preferable
- Knowledge in card operations is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese / English word processing
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese

Job Summary
- lead the team to operate the customer maintenance and profile
- handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints

- oversee the call centre and provide guidance when problems are found
- prepare the operating rules and guidelines to call centre staff
- provide good services in delivering and addressing customer issues
- Act as the coordinator between outsourcing and department. Draft internal department communications
- Design and implement digital marketing initiatives to existing customers to maintain customer bas
- Stimulate card activation with promotion program to existing customers
- Work closely with various internal parties and external agencies to formulate campaign strategies
- Ensure processes comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Oversee various digital marketing campaigns and channels, including advertising performance tracking conversion and user behavior tracking
- Carry on ad hoc projects as required
- Contribute to deliver good services and manage expectation to our customers
- Lead the team to complete the tasks or operation within the pre-set schedule and timeline
- Maintain a good customer base and service level to customers
- Develop, implement and evaluate existing procedure and process to enhance service standard to both internal and external customers
- Achieve business targets of card royalty and spending, card activation through credit cards related features, value propositions, promotions and projects
- Develop, implement and evaluate promotion programs, system enhancement and business plans for set goals and business performances
- Be an active team member, proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation, as well as to deliver efficient and accurate execution and uplift customer experience
- Manage team budget planning, payment and reconciliation
- Monitor program performance, report and evaluate program result
- Participate in formulation, coordination and implementation of new market strategies and programs to grow the profitability of credit cards Plan to cope with department growth
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably major in Marketing, Business Admin or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 8 years working experience gained in relevant experience with customer services and marketing. Preferably with Banking experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
