- Financial technology company (FINTECH)
- We provide comprehensive fintech solutions for banks and financial insitutions in HK and Asia Pacific region
- We specialized in developing the software and fintech solutions for financial products trading and settlement including but not limited to securities, derivatives, funds, bonds and other OTC products.etc
- We are looking for PROJECT COORDINATOR - with details as follows :
- Work in Project Team of 12 members
- Report to Senior Project Manager
- Monitoring all the stages of project life cycle, coordinating resources, user training and monitoring project execution to ensure successful project milestones are met.
- Prepare a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required, including status updates, reports and discussion papers to manage the flow of information.
- Communicate the user requirements with the customers and evaluate with the technical team together.
- Participate in testing to ensure solutions meet requirements
- On-site project support will be required if any.
- Degree in Business, Computing or Information Technology related disciplines;
- 1 - 3 years project management in banking or financial technology industry
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Positive working attitude, passionate to learn industry knowledges and result-oriented;
- Able to prioritize reported issue/queries, to collaborate with technical teams for resolution, and to manage the client’s expectation in terms of timeline and requirements.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:30am-6:30pm)
- Annual leave : 12 days
- Medical insurance

Requirements
- Law degree holder (LLB/ J.D.) qualified in Hong Kong, and/or other major common law jurisdictions
- Qualified lawyer with minimum 5 years PQE in a reputable international law firm or a top local law firm; including 2-3 years of experience supporting a listed company (NASDAQ or NYSE)
- Strong background in corporate finance, M&A transactions, and complex commercial arrangements.
- Solid understanding of the crypto industry and its regulatory environment.
- Sound judgment on business practices, internal and external stakeholder relationship management and reputational risk.
- Business driven and capable to facilitate business by providing solutions.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, presentable and with excellent drafting and communication.
- Business proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).

Recruiting Hong Kong's Top Project ProfessionalsHigh profile permanent role with an international investment bank. This is a key role to define strategy, project and deliverables for Digital Assets. You will then work with technology to drive delivery for a given area. Excellent stakeholder management skills required, along with an interest in how Digital Assets fit within a global bank’s ecosystem to ensure policy and regulatory obligations are met, whilst leveraging Digital Assets capabilities for business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date with industry and policy updates and developments
- Champion Digital Assets as a Product to drive innovation and growth
- Keep senior stakeholders up to date with changes and help shape digital asset strategy
- Work closely with commercial teams to ensure that the bank’s Digital Asset offering is appealing and well understood by their customers
- Co-ordinating across different support functions to ensure cross-cutting business delivery is achieved

This Legal Counsel role is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing all legal, compliance, and governance functions for a NASDAQ-listed company with a focus on cryptocurrency and blockchain operations. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in U.S. securities law, corporate governance, and digital asset regulations with innovative approaches to strategic finance, M&A, and intellectual property management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all filings, reporting, and governance requirements for a NASDAQ-listed company, ensuring compliance with U.S. securities laws and SOX.
- Provide legal guidance on digital assets, cryptocurrency, and blockchain operations.
- Manage board resolutions, corporate secretarial support, and compliance processes.
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, including those related to digital asset payment processing.
- Develop and implement policies for AML, KYC, data privacy, and IP.
