CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
The candidate will be expected to run key Business Intelligence client accounts in Hong Kong – with the following responsibilities:
- Build personal relationships with contact points at client organizations;
- Lead client communications for all projects acting as the key point of contact and ensuring all questions are answered promptly and in full.
- Responsible for quality controlling all client deliverables ensuring that each project – and any related updates and calls – are of the highest quality.
