Your responsibilities

  • Manage the sales support and operations processes across Asia, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries, quotations, orders, and bids.

  • Coordinate logistics activities, including import/export of shipments for the Hong Kong office and the streamline the shipping process with other offices in Asia.
  • Organize regular CSS team meetings to review goals, share updates, and foster open communication.
  • Manage accounts receivable and collection process, ensures timely payments for invoiced equipment and services, and maintaining healthy receivables.
  • Maintain ERP and CRM system processes, coordinate system improvements and bug fixes across the region.
  • Define annual goals, ensure data quality and provide ERP/CRM training to the Asia team
  • Perform Ad hoc tasks assigned by Regional Manager, Asia

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related commercial field
  • 6-8 years of experience in sales support, inside sales and order processing, customer service, or a similar field
  • Familiar with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations certificate is a plus
  • Bilingual and are fluent in English and an additional Asian language such as Chinese or Korean with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership, and have excellent interpersonal skills, self-initiative, customer-focused, and able to work independently or in a small team
  • Positive, proactive and being a good team player, enjoy working in a small team environment with international roots

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
  • 0-1 year of working experience
  • Strong in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate in sales and advisory services
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is essential. Fluency in Mandarin is a definite advantage
