The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional service to ensure a seamless and positive experience with Bay Pickle.

1. Member Support:

2. Handle inbound inquiries from members and potential customers via phone, email, and in-person.

3. Assist with court bookings, class registrations, membership upgrades, and billing questions.
4. Provide detailed information about Bay Pickle's services, programs, and promotions.

5. Administrative Duties:

6. Manage court reservation systems and update member records accurately.

7. Process payments, refunds, and membership renewals.
8. Coordinate with coaches and venue staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

9. Issue Resolution:

10. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

11. Escalate complex issues to the management team when necessary.

12. Promotion of Services:

13. Actively promote Bay Pickle's programs (e.g., junior academies, tournaments, leagues) to members and visitors.

14. Encourage participation in events and referral programs.

15. Venue Maintenance Support:

16. Ensure reception and common areas are tidy and welcoming.

17. Assist with basic equipment rental and sales (e.g., paddles, balls).

• Experience: Prior customer service experience (e.g., retail, hospitality, sports facilities) preferred.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus).

• Proficiency with basic computer systems (e.g., booking software, Microsoft Office).
• Friendly, patient, and proactive attitude.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and the maintenance team, coordinating the repair, maintenance and technical support of aircraft engines and related components.

• Manage customer accounts, cultivate and deepen long-term relationships with airlines, MRO clients and leasing companies.
