  13. Actively promote Bay Pickle's programs (e.g., junior academies, tournaments, leagues) to members and visitors.

  14. Encourage participation in events and referral programs.
  15. Venue Maintenance Support:

  16. Ensure reception and common areas are tidy and welcoming.

  17. Assist with basic equipment rental and sales (e.g., paddles, balls).


Qualifications
  • Experience: Prior customer service experience (e.g., retail, hospitality, sports facilities) preferred.
  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus).

  • Proficiency with basic computer systems (e.g., booking software, Microsoft Office).
