The Solutions Development for Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity within our Grid Automation business will be a key driver of growth for our cybersecurity solutions & services portfolio targeted at operational technology (OT) environments within the energy and utility sectors. This role requires a strong understanding of both cybersecurity principles and the specific challenges and requirements of grid automation systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for our OT cybersecurity offerings across the region. This is a strategic role requiring a proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
This role can be located in Singapore, Malaysia or Hong Kong.

+ Identify and prioritize target accounts and industry verticals within the energy and utility sectors.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at target accounts, including C-level executives, IT/OT managers, and security personnel.
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share for our OT cybersecurity solutions & services.
+ Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, techno-commercial proposals, and quotations.
+ Conduct trainings for internal teams, channel partners and customers.
+ Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract closure.
+ Sales forecasting, pipeline management, maintaining sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
+ Track progress against sales targets and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
+ Stay abreast of relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to OT cybersecurity (e.g., IEC 62443, CEAP cybersecurity regulations).
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer Science, or related field), or equivalent experience is essential
+ At least 5 years proven track record of successful business development and sales experience in the cybersecurity domain, specifically within OT environments.
+ Key to success of this role is strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), and other critical infrastructure technologies within the energy and utility sectors.
+ Knowledge of OT cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NERC CIP) is essential
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and business audiences.
+ Strong negotiation and closing skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
+ Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.

+ Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time. Travel is predominantly within CEAP region and world-wide on occasions.

We are looking for a Cyber Security Operations Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a range of cyber security solutions and technologies including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimisation, to ensure effective threat detection and response.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure security solutions align with business objectives and security strategies.
- Stay current with the latest attacks, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices to enhance overall Security Operation procedures and processes.
- Analyse and prioritise security alerts from various sources, determining the severity and potential impact on the organization.
- Perform cyber security incident response, management, and investigations to mitigate risks and recover from security incidents.
- Conduct proactive threat hunting activities to identify and address potential security issues before they escalate.
- Create and maintain incident response playbooks and procedures to standardize responses to various types of security incidents.
- Drive technical management of digital forensic investigations and e-Discovery exercises to support incident response and legal requirements.
- Accountable for undertaking complex research and analysis of threat actors to understand their tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
- Manage the collection of relevant and actionable Threat Intelligence (TI) and enhance TI platforms to support decision-making.
- Strong focus on defensive and offensive research to strengthen security posture.
- Deliver and present intelligence to various stakeholders on Strategic, Tactical, Operational and Technical levels.
- Leverage Threat Intelligence (TI) to inform alert prioritisation and incident response decisions, adapting strategies based on emerging threats.
- Report writing and security awareness, especially relating to vulnerabilities, threat landscape, and intelligence.
- Conduct regular incident response simulations and tabletop exercises to assess readiness and improve response capabilities.
- Strong hands-on and technical experience across various core cyber security solutions and technologies: SIEM, EDR, VM, Secure Internet Proxies, Open-Source Technologies, OSINT
- The ability to see opportunities to improve, break them into logical pieces of work, and follow them through to execute at a technical level.
- Proven experience in responding to security incidents.
- Demonstrated capability in proactive threat hunting, utilising tools and techniques to uncover hidden threats within the environment.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and protocols
- Ability to analyse logs and events from operating systems and applications to identify suspicious activities and potential security incidents.
- Understanding of containerisation and their security implications.
- Understanding of various operating systems.
- Proficiency in at least one or more coding languages (Python, Java, etc.) would be ideal.
- A positive attitude and an eagerness to expand current cloud security knowledge.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends.
- Strong team player to collaborate with a diverse team.
- A critical thinker, with strong problem-solving & analytical skills with an ability to enhance or automate processes including the threat intel platforms, sources, and tooling.

This describes the job of Cybersecurity Sales Director for Wizlynx Cyber Security Limited in Hong Kong. This position is mainly responsible for selling the Wizlynx Hong Kong product and service portfolio to new customers to generate new sales revenue.
Summary Of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Business Development
- Identify business development activities in Cybersecurity area to improve the market position and generate growth
- Request, plan, and execute business development activities
- Provide leadership input from a business development perspective to assist in management decisions
- Actively network within the eco system of wizlynx group
- Identify potential new clients
- Interact with thought leaders in Cybersecurity area to promote the position of Wizlynx Hong Kong
- Generate leads and use own contacts to build a strong pipeline in Cybersecurity Services
- Submit the updated pipeline to defined group on a weekly basis
- Efficiantly plan sales calls, meetings, events, and visits
- Ensure all sales tasks are being well managed and efficient in execution
- Prepare deal calculations, offers and estimates, as well as presentations required to support any potential deal / opportunity within the defined timelines and customer expectation
- Update the pipeline report weekly; coordinate with the Wizlynx Hong Kong Leadership team to ensure the required capacity is available to fulfill new business
- Define requirements of mature deals and opportunities, then drive decision making process to closure
- Provide margin estimation of each opportunity to the management team to support decision making process
- Lead the commercial sales process for any request for proposal (proposal, bidding, contract and PO) for new customers and new opportunities
- Provide input to bidding process and/or proposal generation (for existing customers)
- Contribute to the sales strategy globally
- Develop and execute on sales tactics locally
- Manage customer relationships
Summary of Ideal Experience, Skills, knowledge, and Abilities
- Minimum 10 years sales and business development experience in IT industry
- Fluent English (speech and writing), Mandarin and Cantonese (speech at a minimum)
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Result oriented to sales cases

- Customer oriented and ability to drive the results
