Responsibilities:

-Creates and presents Big Data & AI-related solution designs to customers. Develops and expands existing impactful relationships with customer architects, senior technical decision-makers, and business stakeholders.

-Leverages and champions Alibaba Cloud reference architecture approach to the customers/partners. Proposes and develops new solutions to scale across multiple customers/partners while demonstrating the business case and presenting alternative scenarios.

-Responsible for understanding the unique requirements of customers and partners, and providing appropriate data solutions and architecture designs based on Alibaba Cloud services.

-Help Alibaba Cloud customers and partners migrate their existing Data Analytics system onto Alibaba Cloud platforms. This includes providing migration technique support for both data platforms and applications.

-Acts as the voice of the customers or partners by driving new feedback, gaps, blockers, insights, resources, etc. to internal teams to shape products and services by providing insights across the regions.

-Responsible for demo development and testing Alibaba Cloud services.

Qualification:

-A background in IT, computer science, and/or cloud computing with a good understanding of Big Data & AI technology.

-A minimum of 5 years' experience working and consulting on Data Architecture design and a strong understanding of customer needs and requirements. Experience working or studying abroad is preferred.

-Expert knowledge and understanding of Data Architecture design and familiar with Alibaba Cloud Big Data products and/or open source Big Data technology such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Flink, Kafka etc…

-Background and experience in AI/ML technologies.

-Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles.
