Job Description:
- Ensure satisfactory housekeeping and hygiene standards of meeting rooms, pantries, public common areas in the offices. Stocktaking and Replenishment of office supplies (e.g. stationeries, pantry items, fruits & coffee beans delivery)
- Greet with visitors, clients, and staff, and provide beverages
- Internal mail distribution, arrange postage and courier including ad hoc courier to external venues e.g. hotel, banks, HKSAR offices, etc.
- Provide onsite support in company events such as arranging food & beverage orders and venue set up.
- Liaise with technicians and cleaners in the office to ensure proper services are delivered.
- Support reception areas as backup and other administrative duties when needed
- Elementary level of English-speaking competency
- Facilities management knowledge will be an advantage
- F.5 or above with at least 5+ relevant job experience
- Experience of working in sizable companies e.g. MNC, and client facing jobs will be a plus.
