Responsibilities:
- Report to Data Manager and align data strategies with business goals
- Design data driven marketing strategies, such as marketing personalization, data driven segmentation and campaign evaluation
- Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, including SQL databases, Cloud, spreadsheets, and external data providers
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
- Generate reports and implement data visualizations to communicate insights effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the team's data capabilities
Requirements:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to execute and support our digital marketing strategy, with a focus on email marketing, SMS/Whatsapp marketing, and on-site merchandising. - Gathering CRM performance data and using insights to improve our practices
- Troubleshooting technical issues we have with our CRM tools
- Project managing any changes that we have to our tech stack related to CRM tools and our website
- Ideating and running A/B tests on the website; analyzing results and continually applying new learnings
- Coming up with new website experiences to accommodate new types of products and connecting the front-end experience with the user experience
