- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data use cases that drive revenue growth or operational efficiency
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in data governance, data management, and analytics, including 3–5 years in a leadership role. Previous experience in managing large scale unified data projects and working in real estate or property-related industries will be a plus
- In-depth knowledge of data governance frameworks, MDM, data quality, and metadata management. Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data integration tools
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to executive, functional leaders, and both business and technical stakeholders
- Comprehensive knowledge of technology economics and strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business transformation through data-driven insights
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Proactive, detail oriented, a self-motivated person with strong problem-solving, analytical and technical thinking skills
