Job DescriptionChinasoft International is seeking an experienced and technically skilled IT Security Specialist to join our professional services team. The selected candidate will be seconded to a prominent financial regulatory body in Hong Kong to support mission-critical cybersecurity projects. This role requires solid experience in enterprise IT security, cybersecurity architecture, and operations. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to design, implement and manage the cybersecurity infrastructure and compliance initiatives of the client.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in:
- Cybersecurity domains such as identity and access management, security architecture and engineering.
- Cybersecurity solution implementation in an enterprise environment.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to support the research, design, procurement, implementation, operationalization, and optimization of new and revamp of the cybersecurity solutions.
- Participate in the system development lifecycle (SDLC), such as architecture and infrastructure design, technical requirement and operation documentation, technical and user testing, user training, maintenance and support.
- Participate in system integration developments and administer, support and troubleshoot cybersecurity Systems.
- Develop, maintain and fine-tune system operating procedures, including back-up & disaster recovery, vulnerability, update & patch management, system maintenance and monitoring and audit.
- Identify and mitigate security-related incidents, perform vulnerability assessments, support penetration tests, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with technical vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are addressed and security solutions are implemented effectively.
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with IT and business users to ensure successful enablement of cybersecurity solutions.
- Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of cybersecurity solutions to ensure timely completion and provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation and risk management for successful project deliverables and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IT security and make recommendations for their adoptions.
- Bachelor’s or above degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- At least 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, operations, solution implementations, or related technology projects. Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior specialist/manager roles.
- Proven experience in implementing cybersecurity solutions, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Secret Management Tools, or identity threat detect and response (ITDR), with knowledge in AI and machine learning would be a definite advantage.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISP, or CISA, are highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of IT security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Digital Policy Office (DPO) IT Security Policy, and Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, including operating systems, databases, network, infrastructure, and cloud computing.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to understand, visualize, analyse, and resolve difficult issues.
- Experienced with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure, and DevSecOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with system implementations and operations, including system hardening, vulnerability and patch management, system architecture and infrastructure design.

We are seeking an experienced Finance IT Senior Officer to lead the development and implementation of financial information systems, optimize financial processes, and ensure seamless system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial IT strategies to drive the digital transformation of financial processes;
- Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP financial modules (NetSuite preferred) to meet business needs;
- Design and enhance financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and data analysis modules to improve efficiency;
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze financial IT requirements and deliver effective solutions;
- Provide system training and technical support to ensure efficient use of financial IT tools;
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to propose innovative solutions for financial process optimization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial IT systems;
- Proficient in ERP financial modules, with NetSuite experience preferred;
- In-depth understanding of financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and data analysis, with strong practical experience.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with project management experience;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution capabilities;
Preferred :
- Experience in ERP system implementation;
- Proven track record in planning, designing, and implementing financial IT solutions;
- Background in the internet or Web 3 industry.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to thrive in an international work environment.

The role is responsible for supporting the Shanghai, Japan and HK offices with IT-related issues, providing responsive desktop support, maintenance/troubleshooting of new and existing systems.
What You'll Do
- Manage all aspects of IT support services including laptops running Windows10 and Mac OS 13, iPhone/iPad, printer, server room equipment
- Proactive management and monitoring to ensure good working condition of all Polycom video conferencing units and VoIP phones as well as all AV systems
- Enforce IT processes and procedures and promote JIRA ticketing system
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems on a prompt and helpful attitude in accordance with service level commitment and problem management procedures
- Liaise with vendors on purchasing hardware, software and assistance in the resolution of issues and queries
- Maintain the existing PCs and peripherals to standards determined by the team leader by performing upgrades, new installations and carrying out routine procedures
- Work with the Global IT team to implement new systems and technologies, including software, hardware and networking equipment
- Constructing positive communication within the Tech departments ensuring content and materials are reflective and consistent with FF.com
- Adobe expert – Supporting users on several third-party applications with tech issues
- mainly including licensed software that aren’t FF developed
Who You Are
- Previous experience in an IT Support role
- Knowledge of networks, Windows10/11, O365, AD administration, Google Suite, Jamf, printers and Mac devices
- Experience of network administration and troubleshooting (LANs, WANs, VPN, TCP/IP, Switches and Routers, firewall, Wi-Fi and access points)
- Ability to come up with new ideas to further improve the level of service delivered to users
- Trouble-shooters who can provide solutions in a timely manner and spot potential issues before they escalate
- Ability to take directions working with limited supervision as well as apply own initiatives
- Logical and calm with ability to inspire confidence in IT services
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking) and Chinese
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
