We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Data Centre Services to lead our data centre operations. Key Responsibilities:

1.    Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the data centre, including infrastructure management, 7x24 operation team, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.

2.    Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, ensuring excellent service delivery and addressing customer needs and concerns effectively.

8.    Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss.

Qualifications:

a)    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

b)    Holder of Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) or relevant certification

c)    Proven experience in data centre management and operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

d)    Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, security protocols, and compliance standards.

e)    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

f Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.

g Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and business continuity best practices.

h)    Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance metrics.

Data Solutions Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global team, providing top-tier service to existing and prospective clients while expanding the business on a product and global level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and contributing to the company's mission of becoming a Top Clearer worldwide in commodity markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data transformation workflows and dashboards to support business needs.
  • Execute and continuously enhance BAU processes, KPI reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets with statistical rigor to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable analytical solutions tailored to specific use cases that enable strategic decision-making and operational monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful analyses and data-driven recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Management, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in: Advanced SQL, Microsoft Excel (including Power Query and Power Pivot), Alteryx and Power BI (all mandatory)
  • Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R or Python is highly desirable.
  • Experience with data transformation tool DataIKU is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the bank to rollout end-to-end AI/ Data Solutions & Strategies that can generate measurable benefits for the Bank
  • Act as a project management professional with data & AI expertise
  • Identify business growth and process streamline opportunities that could support by data solutions/ AI adoption and support growth strategy
  • Deliver timely and quality AI/ Data Solutions & Strategies to internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of AI/ Data Solutions & Strategies that generate measurable benefits for the Bank, enable identification of new market opportunities to drive innovation
  • Plan, develop and implement the end-to-end AI/ Data Solutions & Strategies for the Bank
  • Build and standardize best practices of AI & data project cycle & process flow
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project planning and execution
  • Team manager, managing a team of 4-5 people
  • Work closely with business sponsors and stakeholders to identify opportunities
  • Work closely with IT and Data scientist to develop and implement AI & data solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 or above years' working experience in Project & Data Management from recognized establishments in financial services and/ or Fintech related industries
  • Preferably with university graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science/ Statistics or a related discipline
  • Solid knowledge on industry manage data management practices
  • Strong knowledge on business and operation models of banking, with thorough understanding on the local regulatory environment
  • Strong knowledge on data management and analysis, strategic design and implementation
  • Experienced in establishing and monitoring of AI/ Data Strategies and Projects, which managing large scale projects is an advantage
  • Knowledge in data & AI modeling would be a plus
  • Result oriented and able to deliver under pressure
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problem solving and presentation skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
