Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Chief Analytics Officer and conduct regular customer analysis
- Support business growth through effective targeting and analyzing customer behavior
- Enhance campaign effectiveness by driving event-triggered marketing programme
- Identify, analyze and interpret patterns in complex data sets to provide business insights
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analysis, or a related field
- Experience in business intelligence analysis or database marketing, preferable in financial sector
- Solid experience in programming languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL)
- Experience in BI reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with business and numerical sense
