- Explore and create strategic solutions and actionable recommendations for the personal banking business by leveraging emerging AI technologies (e.g., Generative & Agentic AI, Reinforcement Learning, Machine Learning)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and refine AI models to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Identify and evaluate suitable AI vendors for specific use cases, managing escalations to ensure deliverables and timelines are met with excellence
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and targeting strategies powered by AI technology advancements
- Stay highly sensitive to the latest AI trends

- Proactively identify new business opportunities and targeting strategies powered by AI technology advancements
- Remain highly sensitive to the latest AI trends
- Degree or above with major in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
- 3+ years' experience in analytics, modeling, and machine learning/AI/Generative AI, with at least 1 year at managerial level
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech industry preferred
- Knowledge in embedding techniques, RAG, promptings, and LLM fine-tuning; involvement in search engine or recommendation system is a plus
- Experience in AI risk and control governance is a plus
- A mature self-starter with strong drive, motivation, good business sense, and understanding of the personal banking market
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin knowledge is advantageous
