Currently, ICBC (Asia) has 52 retail outlets (including 27 “Elite Club” Wealth Management Centres) in Hong Kong. It is engaged in commercial banking, investment banking and other financial services, including those of securities, insurance and funds, with a focus on commercial and retail banking as well as global market business. Chinese Mercantile Bank and ICBC Asset Management (Global) Company Limited, two wholly-owned subsidiaries of ICBC (Asia), specialize in Renminbi services in mainland China and ICBC’s global asset management business respectively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all kinds of system and database administration works.
- Responsible for System HA/DR infrastructure design, implementation and maintenance.
- Deploy, manage and troubleshoot on servers, storages and databases.
- Perform system administration, monitoring and capacity management.
- Study and deploy the latest technology to ensure system reliabilities, performance, and security.
- Understand and satisfy Cyber Security requirements.
- Leading team members to fulfill routine and project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain IT policy, procedure and working manual.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years' experience on system and database administration, including VMWare, MS Windows server, AIX, SUSE, WAS, Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, SAN configuration and administration.
- In depth understanding on high availability infrastructure setup, including load sharing, distribute processing, distributed database, etc.
- Holder of MSCE and OCP is preferred.
- Holder of PMP /CISA/CISSP is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with good time management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) – Infrastructure to join Oracle’s dynamic team in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface between Oracle, customers, and relevant third parties on all aspects of service delivery and account management.

- Drive customer engagement and success by ensuring customers realize value from their Oracle infrastructure solutions and services.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to grow Oracle's footprint across the installed base in Hong Kong, including identifying opportunities to upsell and renew support contracts.

- Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives and mentor junior team members , providing best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Represent the customer success function in strategic projects when required, including leading project engagements and aligning cross-regional support.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure or service projects.
- 8+ years of experience in IT service delivery management , including customer-facing roles and managing complex accounts.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle DBA, Middleware, and Systems Architecture is required.
- Strong understanding of the implementation and support lifecycle for enterprise IT infrastructure solutions.
- Proven ability in customer and service management , with a track record of improving satisfaction and driving adoption.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills .
- Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills .
- PMP and ITIL certifications are advantageous.
- Experience in key industries (e.g., finance, telecommunications, public sector) is a plus.

- Support the Country CDOs in the day-to-day management of Data Issues and driving consistent application of the Firmwide Data Risk Management Policy and Standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Support the Country CDOs in the discharging of their Supervisory/Regulated roles; e.g. Data Protection Officer (DPOs) responsibilities.
- Prepare the Metrics used for the monitoring and escalation of Data Issues to Country Governance Forums.
- Lead Short to Medium-Term Projects on Regulatory Change Gap Assessment and Implementation, developing detailed project plans, maintaining active status tracking, and producing comprehensive project reports and communications.
- Lead Project Management Task including the tracking of deliverables from inception through completion, preparing of essential artifacts, coordinating with subject matter experts, and providing support during stakeholder meetings.
- Promote outstanding results by leading through influence, managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
- Drive Diversity and Inclusion: Contribute to a global culture that prioritizes diversity, opportunity, and inclusion by participating in and supporting initiatives through the CDAO DOI Council and the CDAO People Agenda.
- Raise awareness of data culture across all Lines of Business/Corporate Functions.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall design and implementation of the database for the system with application and data migration support for Cloud projects
- Support for application and data migration of existing applications to the systems
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data against loss or corruption
- Implement and maintain database security protocols to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access or breaches
- Ensure databases comply with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards

Requirement

About The Role

What You'll Be Doing
- Creation and maintenance of infrastructure for PostgreSQL
- Conduct project migrations to PostgreSQL clusters
- Administration of MySQL
- Searching for non-consistent data and adding checks to prevent similar cases in the future
- Reviewing new code that relates to changes in the way the database works
- Proactive monitoring and performance troubleshooting
- Accountability for the high critical environments which should be available 24x7x365
- Development of an extensive replication scheme
- Automation for DB tasks
- Improving Database infrastructure (deploy and maintain column-oriented DB, Cloud DWH engines)
- Adherence to ITIL key principles: change management, approval procedures, etc
- Maintenance of documentation and inventory up to date
- Setting up backups, monitoring
- Monitoring workload of the database
Requirements
What you'll need
- Bachelor degree or above in related disciplines
- PostgreSQL administration experience of at least 3 years
- Knowledge of creating failover database clusters for PostgreSQL
- Experience for administrative MySQL DB
- Experience in building and maintaining complex replication schemes
- TCP/IP networking skills
- Column and Document DB experience of at least 1 year (MongoDB, ClickHouse)
- Knowledge of monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Prometheus
- Experience in designing systems running continuously and uninterruptedly (24x7x365) under high load
- Understanding of the principles of operation and experience in maintaining cloud DVH storages (BigQuery)
- Experience in scripting languages (bash and/or python/perl)
- At least 3 years of Linux administration experience
- Knowledge of SQL language, and the ability to optimize PostgreSQL performance
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English
