As a member of the Operations Team, you will perform general administrative tasks by running various reports, maintaining customer information, and assisting with tasks to ensure the branch is compliant. **Responsibilities:**
+ Handle full set of Import/Export shipments, such as HKGCC, Import/Export license, Tradelink submissions.
+ Prepare and process shipping documents, ensuring accurate system updates in system receiving, adjustments and billing.
+ Coordinate with 3PL to manage local deliveries, inbound and outbound shipments.
+ Oversee inventory control procedures including maintaining files, generating and updating reports, assisting in product cycle counts, checking shipped dates and locked orders
+ Review return authorization and credit memo forms pending return of material; inspecting condition of return material through final disposition
+ Research tax and freight claims and work with financial services to clear claims
+ Basic accounting duties such as light accounts receivables and payables, invoice approval preparation, running credit memos
+ Run various reports such as tax, manual sales order, fleet, security
+ Responsible for building maintenance and security, equipment maintenance, maintain supplies, compliance to health and safety program (HASP) and monthly OSHA Logs
+ Respond to internal customers with corrective action
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
+ DSE or Diploma holder
+ Good verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

The Operations Management Specialist OMS Program is an 18-month structured development program designed to equip high potential talent with the operational expertise, leadership capabilities, and strategic mindset required for future management roles within UPS.
**Program Overview**
This program provides participants with hands on experience through structured rotations across key operational functions, including Air Hub and Gateway Operations, Ramp Operation, Air Cargo business operation, Air Service Center, and Air Network Planning.
This is not a traditional office-based role. Participants will spend significant time in frontline operational environments, working alongside teams in sorting facilities, on ramp, and within time critical logistics flows. The program is designed to build real operational depth through direct exposure to the pace, complexity, and challenges of the network.
Participants will also gain exposure to cross functional teams and compliance training, while developing both operational and leadership capabilities.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferred in Operations Management, Logistics, Aviation Management, Engineering, or related fields

This program provides participants with hands on experience through structured rotations across key operational functions, including Air Hub and Gateway Operations, Ramp Operation, Air Cargo business operation, Air Service Center, and Air Network Planning.
This is not a traditional office-based role. GWAM Asia Technology develops and supports technology solutions for the GWAM business in Asia across asset management, wealth, retirement, operations, and shared technology services. The team works closely with Global GWAM, Asia Segment, ETS, Data, Risk, Security, Operations, and market technology teams to support business growth, operational resilience, technology modernization, and effective day-to-day technology support across the region.
This position is a senior technology strategy, architecture, and operations technology leadership role for Asia. The incumbent serves as the Chief Architect for GWAM Asia, ensuring regional technology direction is aligned with global strategy, enterprise architecture standards, and local market priorities.
