Responsibilities:

- Engineering Foundation: Strong SQL and working proficiency in Python or JavaScript for building and maintaining data infrastructure; Experience with modern data engineering tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Dagster); Familiarity with version control (Git), code modularization, and documentation practices
- Data Quality & Governance Experience: Track record designing or maintaining data governance practices in product analytics environments (e.g., Segment, GA4, Mixpanel); Comfortable building QA checks, anomaly detection, and data validation processes; Familiarity with data governance education and data governance related stakeholder management
- Operational Mindset: Comfortable being on point for data issues, debugging pipeline failures, and ensuring continuity in reporting and dashboards; Ability to set up alerting/logging mechanisms to proactively detect and respond to data problems
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to align with product, engineering, and business teams; Able to translate business questions into engineering requirements and technical work into stakeholder-friendly language
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience / knowledge on data science / machine learning; Prior experience on hands-on data engineering; Understanding of data operation & governance in analytics workflows; Experience supporting data for experimentation or A/B testing pipelines

We have the following full-time job opening for a professional, motivated and technologically oriented candidate:
Job Description & Responsibilities
This role will require the candidate to manage and maintain our Singapore data center. Coordinating hardware installations, repairs, shipments and all other IT related requests from our Network, Linux and Windows teams, will be amongst the top responsibilities.
Additionally, the candidate will need to manage all technical spaces as well as assist with all IT related requests in our Singapore office.
Additional Responsibilities Include
- Physical Security and Building Management
- Management of projects regarding construction/expansions
- Infrastructure documentation and contract management
- Work in a corporate group to further develop group wide standards
- Workplace Management
- Coordinate workplace setups, moves and transfers
- Keep floor plans and other office documentation up to date
- 3-5 years' experience in an IT related field
- Bachelor’s degree in information system or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills as well as ability to multitask
- Good command of English. Cantonese and/or Mandarin a plus.

- Ensuring that business requirements are met efficiently and in a timely fashion whilst ensuring compliance with the best practice for Data Centre operations, standards, policies, strategy, risk, and principles.
- To govern and oversee the Data Centre Operations of the two critical facilities in Hong Kong
- Responsible for the planning and delivery of all supporting physical infrastructure, logistics, and the resources required to meet anticipated growth
- Assist in implementing the service management methodologies including incident, problem, change and capacity management within our SLA commitments
- To work closely with the local country managers and the asset management teams to improve data quality and eliminate the gaps
- As part of service management, drive the Colocation vendors for continuous improvement and ensure the facilities are governed to ensure they are maintained to the required standard
- Lead various projects and programs as needed to drive long-term objectives for the domain and beyond
- Track the maintenance activities are conducted on the infrastructure on a periodical basis and established business continuity management practices are followed
- End to End responsibly of the Data Centre Infrastructure Management solution and compliance
- Identify process breakdowns across organizational workflows and implement solutions that improve effectiveness, improve processes continuously
- Work with the regional security teams to implement the physical security, media disposal and Pipeline, Procurement and provisioning process
- Identify the process areas that can be automated to yield cost saves and increase the efficiency in process across the function
- Drive the capacity management and review the utilization of sites with focus on sustainability
- Setup and coach staff to prepare for future with clear directions, monitor job descriptions and objectives
- Identify and invest in talent to ensure the critical functions are skilled and qualified to perform the role
- Lead by example to build an operational culture bind by values within and across the wider organisation
- Drive efficiency and provide continuous feedback to ensure rewards are in line with the performance
- Management of risk and control requirements covering internal and external audit engagements
- Govern and oversee the regulatory inspections across the estate responsible
- Take measures with focus on risk avoidance and channel risk remediation timely
- As need arise, act promptly on known risk and control weakness that surface through the journey
- Understanding of Operational Risk Framework and awareness to implement procedural changes
- Manage and thrive to maintain the Control Design Effectiveness (CDE) and Control Operating Effectiveness (COE) of risk controls across the Data Centre sites with discipline
- Maintain a culture of safety, security and compliance in all aspects of data centre operations
- Enable local country managers for risk awareness and strong mitigation plans to minimize / eliminate

- To govern and oversee the Data Centre Operations of the two critical facilities in Hong Kong
- Responsible for the planning and delivery of all supporting physical infrastructure, logistics, and the resources required to meet anticipated growth
- Assist in implementing the service management methodologies including incident, problem, change and capacity management within our SLA commitments
- To work closely with the local country managers and the asset management teams to improve data quality and eliminate the gaps
- As part of service management, drive the Colocation vendors for continuous improvement and ensure the facilities are governed to ensure they are maintained to the required standard
- Lead various projects and programs as needed to drive long-term objectives for the domain and beyond
- Track the maintenance activities are conducted on the infrastructure on a periodical basis and established business continuity management practices are followed
- End to End responsibly of the Data Centre Infrastructure Management solution and compliance
- Identify process breakdowns across organizational workflows and implement solutions that improve effectiveness, improve processes continuously
- Work with the regional security teams to implement the physical security, media disposal and Pipeline, Procurement and provisioning process
- Identify the process areas that can be automated to yield cost saves and increase the efficiency in process across the function
- Drive the capacity management and review the utilization of sites with focus on sustainability
- Setup and coach staff to prepare for future with clear directions, monitor job descriptions and objectives
- Identify and invest in talent to ensure the critical functions are skilled and qualified to perform the role

The role
Be the analytics backbone for Customer Operations across our Shopify commerce stack. From inventory coverage and fulfillment to subscription health and shipping SLAs, you’ll turn multi-source data into crisp, actionable insights and simple dashboards the team can use daily. You’ll also leverage AI tools and automation to speed up analysis, reduce manual work, and power always-on alerts.
What You’ll Do
Order fulfillment & inventory analytics
- Build live views and weekly reports on order status, backorders, and exceptions.
- Forecast demand and inventory coverage (days on hand, safety stock, reorder points), including product transitions (e.g., capsules → powder).
- Model run-out dates and purchase timing; flag risks early and recommend reorder actions.
- Own core metrics: active/cancelled subs, cohort retention, acquisition rate, churn, M2/M3 conversion, reactivation.
- Analyze cancellation survey data to pinpoint drivers; partner with CS/Growth on fixes and experiments.
- Handle ad-hoc eligibility counts (e.g., Month-2/Month-3 gift qualification) and campaign backtests.
- Dive into AfterShip to monitor first-scan time, in-transit time, delivery time, on-time %, and exception codes by lane/carrier.
- Identify bottlenecks (carrier, lane, warehouse handoff) and surface clear remediation plans.
- Use AI copilots (for example, ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini) to draft SQL/Sheet formulas, document pipelines, summarize survey text, and generate weekly highlights.
- Build lightweight automations (Zapier/Make, Apps Script/VBA, Slack bots) for: SLA breach alerts, low-stock warnings, churn spikes, and exception triage.
- Create LLM-powered parsers to normalize reason codes (cancellations, exceptions) and classify free-text at scale.
