Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Financial technology company (FINTECH)
- We provide comprehensive fintech solutions for banks and financial insitutions in HK and Asia Pacific region
- We specialized in developing the software and fintech solutions for financial products trading and settlement including but not limited to securities, derivatives, funds, bonds and other OTC products.etc
- We are looking for PROJECT COORDINATOR - with details as follows :
- Work in Project Team of 12 members
- Report to Senior Project Manager
- Monitoring all the stages of project life cycle, coordinating resources, user training and monitoring project execution to ensure successful project milestones are met.
- Prepare a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required, including status updates, reports and discussion papers to manage the flow of information.
- Communicate the user requirements with the customers and evaluate with the technical team together.
- Participate in testing to ensure solutions meet requirements
- On-site project support will be required if any.
- Degree in Business, Computing or Information Technology related disciplines;
- 1 - 3 years project management in banking or financial technology industry
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Positive working attitude, passionate to learn industry knowledges and result-oriented;
- Able to prioritize reported issue/queries, to collaborate with technical teams for resolution, and to manage the client’s expectation in terms of timeline and requirements.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:30am-6:30pm)
- Annual leave : 12 days
- Medical insurance
