- Promote and conduct briefing to front-line staff on Cash Management and other Corporate Banking products. Product briefing including selling process, product attributes and target clients.
- Work closely with Risk Manager, Internal Audit Department, Legal and Compliance Department and support units in the product due diligence process and prepare Product Operation Manuals.
- Participate in promotion activities (e.g. seminars.etc)
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of Banking experience, include 3 years relevant experience in Cash Management, Product Marketing and Development.
- Strong product knowledge and experience in cash management product development process, with particular focus on global cash pooling, settlement products and E -Channel.
- Have strong communication skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good command of English and Chinese, both Putonghua and Cantonese

Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation of settlement functions for MM/Equities/Fixed Income/FX/Derivatives/Bonds/Gold exchanges
- Handle UAT functions according to the test plan and test cases
- Assist in preparing procedures and manuals for reconciliation functions with custodian, fund manager and internal books to ensure completeness and accuracy by reviewing data
- Prepare investment related schedules for group & statutory reporting and annual audit
- Degree / Diploma holder with 5-8 years’ relevant experience in banking industry
- Good knowledge of CCASS, SWIFT, CHATS, RTGS and SWIFTNet
- Sound knowledge in PC skills and computer application software such as Lotus Notes, MS Office
- Candidates with basic programming skill will be a plus
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

- Formulate, review and update the bank-wide credit policies, procedure and guidelines in line with statutory and regulatory requirements as well as the Group’s standard
- Monitor the implementation of rectifications and enhancement measures related to credit risk management
- Review gap analysis in relation to the latest regulatory requirements
- Provide review and assessment in new product/ product change
- Perform periodic/ ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- Degree holder, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting or other relevant disciplines

Job Description
- Assist senior sales and department head in selling mainly global futures execution and clearing services to clients and prospects (institutional clients), covering the Asia region, to generate revenue.
- Deeply communicate with and understand institutional customers’ needs; design and provide various viable solutions to meet their demands (e.g., execution needs, clearing, financing, and collateral solutions).
- Be the subject matter expert for new projects/products in the department, collaborating internally with other departments, communicating new offerings to clients, and sharing knowledge with the team.
- Assist in business development, introducing, and cross-selling the group’s other services (Securities, Banking, Asset Management) to suitable institutional clients.
- Identify opportunities and assist the Head of Futures in planning, targeting, and strategically expanding institutional sales across the Asia region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
- 1-2 years’ experience in sales, institutional client relationship management, or business development within Securities/Futures Brokerage firms, sell-side banks, or investment banks.
- Familiarity with the ecosystem of the futures brokerage industry in Greater China and Singapore.
- Experience in selling equities brokerage solutions to institutional clients is a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
