- be responsible for pricing, execution and documentation of transactions
- plan, initiate and coordinate all new or changes of legal documents triggered as part of the deal or project
- perform ongoing monitoring and reporting around the performance of Corporate Derivatives portfolio
- adhere to all applicable regulations and internal policies including relevant compliance policies

You'll be based in Hong Kong and will be part of the Global Markets Derivatives and Solutions team. The team works closely with traders and sales people, developing and structuring customized solutions for asset managers, private equity firms, hedge funds, , family offices, corporates and UHNW clients against equity securities. Our role is to price, design and risk manage innovative solutions for our Corporate and Wealth Management clients. Besides ensuring performance of the existing portfolio, you are expected to grow the margin loan book portfolio in a balanced and diversified manner and work closely with origination teams across our Investment Bank and Global Wealth Management divisions.
