As the Head of Video and Motion Creative in the Marketing Center, you will comprehensively lead the entire process of video content from creative conception to delivery, responsible for the quality control and team management of all motion visual assets. You must possess directorial-level aesthetics, exceptional storytelling abilities, and technical integration skills to create impactful and engaging video works that drive brand image and user growth.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Leadership and Management: Lead the video design and production team (including internal members such as directors, cinematographers, and post-production staff, as well as external suppliers), responsible for the creative conception, script review, shooting direction, and post-production supervision of video projects.
  2. Video Content Strategy: Plan and execute the company's brand video content system, including brand promotional videos, product introduction videos, short videos for international social media, video ads for information streams, visual packaging for live content, and opening videos for events.
  3. Full Process Production: Master the entire video production process, capable of leading or deeply participating in pre-production creative work, storyboard creation, mid-production directing, and post-production editing, color grading, sound design, and special effects, ultimately responsible for the quality of the finished product.
