Position Overview

We are hiring the UX/UI Design Lead to own the end-to-end product design and visual design processes for our next-generation web and mobile experiences. As a UI/UX design lead, you will be driving the designing process and product design leadership, from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. You will rely on user-centric design principle to craft industry-leading user experiences and meet the product goals. As a senior designer, You'll work with design team, set the bar for design quality, give constructive feedback to peers, and partner closely with product and engineering to ship features at pace.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute end-to-end design projects that deliver intuitive user experience for blockchain and web3 products.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Utilize various research techniques such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Develop user-centered design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that address user needs and align with business goals.
  • Maintain unified and high-quality design systems that adhere to style guides and brand identity.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers and help develop best practices through constructive feedback and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years of leading product design and visual design teams.
  • At least 5+ years of product design experience, including research, prototyping, and implementation of user-facing applications.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Framer, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in user research techniques and tools, such as interviews, surveys, usability testing software, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent product and interaction design skills, with a strong portfolio that reflects independent project ownership and high-quality execution.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams.
  • Bonus: Familiar with blockchain and web3 products

Individuals in Assessment & design are responsible for developing, designing, and implementing controls programs, and providing review and guidance on robust controls design adhering to Citi's Policies, Standards, and Frameworks. Individuals proactively identify and drive controls enhancements such as automation, standardization and rationalization including transformation execution activities. Includes first line activities for identification, measurement (significance and likelihood), and ongoing assessment of key risks and controls in partnership with relevant process owners to drive management decisions to operate within the firm's Risk Appetite.
**Responsibilities** :
+ Support the design and development of Citi's comprehensive controls program.
+ Support assessment of the effectiveness of existing controls, identifying areas for improvement, and helping to implement necessary changes.
+ Continually drive and manage controls enhancements focused on increasing efficiency and reducing risk.
+ Help coordinate with key stakeholders and relevant process owners to drive management decisions aimed at maintaining operations within the firm's Risk Appetite.
+ Support the assessment for the business/function risk appetite in line with changes in the business environment, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives.
+ Help collaborate with key stakeholders to assess potential risks and develop risk mitigation activities to define the acceptable level of risk across various areas of operation. - Help to drive execution of Enterprise Risk Management Framework and adherence with Risk Mgmt. / Compliance Policies.
+ Help collaborate with business and functions to understand the control processes and identify potential areas for improvement.

**Qualifications** :
+ Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry.
+ Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls.
+ Strong knowledge in the development and execution for controls.
+ Proven experience in control related functions in the financial industry.
+ Proven experience in implementing sustainable solutions and improving processes.
+ Understanding of compliance laws, rules, regulations, and best practices.
+ Understanding of Citi's Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
+ Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex risk and control activities and processes.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage at the senior management level.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Design Lead to join our AI Assistant team and shape the future of conversational travel experiences. This hybrid role blends hands-on product design with light team leadership, managing a small group of 2–3 talented designers.

You’ll lead the UX strategy for AI-powered interactions like smart chat, trip planning, support automation, and contextual travel recommendations. You’ll also mentor designers, collaborate closely with product and engineering, and help evolve our design culture across the organisation.

China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, “Buildings”, “Port Works”, “Roads and Drainage”, “Site Formation” and “Waterworks”.

  • Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Develop innovative and alternative design solutions to enhance project outcomes.
  • Oversee the engineering and design of complex temporary works, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including construction, clients, and stakeholders, to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent, along with relevant professional qualifications
  • Member of HKIE or equivalent
  • At least 7 years of post-professional qualification experience in civil engineering construction projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with MiC (Modular Integrated Construction) and DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) prefabricated structures is preferred
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Design Manager.
