Reporting to the Marketing Manager of Creative & Design Team, you are responsible for the creative direction and design execution of the company’s integrated marketing and communications strategies across regional markets, including but not limited to:
- Collaborating with regional and local business teams to craft differentiating creative strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring the delivery of both qualitative and quantitative results
- Planning resources, developing measurements, and improving by analysing creative costs and outputs handled by the Marketing and Communications team
- Concept & Creative Storytelling: Translating insights into compelling creative initiatives/campaigns.
- Graphic Design: Develop and create visual concepts, storyboard, layout, typography, illustrations, logos, and other designs
- Providing creative and art direction for various executions, including copywriting, illustrations, photography, video, multimedia, out-of-home, and print
- Sourcing and liaising with vendors/freelancers/agencies/production houses, etc
- Overseeing the creative and design operations, including digital platform management and omnichannel strategies
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Digital Arts, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related fields
- At least 8 years of working experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, PowerPoint, and other common design software
- Exposures in real estate and property development and/or retail luxury sector a definite advantage
- Outspoken individual with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within and outside the company, with professional presentation skills in both conversational and written English and Chinese
- A core competency in copywriting will be an advantage for success in this position
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Marketing Executive

What you'll be doing

Responsibilities:- Oversee the overall production of 2D graphics and the workflow system for corporate events and trade fairs (including on-site supervision)
- Plan ahead and provide creative input, set innovative graphic templates for team members to follow
- Give art direction / artistic advice in different phases of production of corporate publicity materials, including at printing process, photo shoots, and during video filming, editing / multi-media devices

Basic Qualifications
· 3+ years work experience in marketing and design

· Capability in data analysis, translating raw data into actionable insights

The Project Management Office plays a critical role in supporting C-suite executives and contributing to the success of Lever Style. This key position requires a proactive, resourceful, and efficient individual to implement the company's strategic goals, focusing on cross department communication, corporate strategy, project management, and business analysis and insights within the fashion apparel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and other senior executives.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Project Management: Assist with special projects, initiatives, and research tasks as assigned by executives.
- Contribution to Corporate Strategy: Collaborate with different departments to propose innovative solutions and process improvements, assist in execution of corporate strategies and strategic planning initiatives, support the CEO in making strategic decisions that align with long-term company objectives.
- Business Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough analysis of industrial dynamics, product categories, fashion trends, consumer preferences, market competition, and other relevant factors, provide actionable insights to assist the C-suite executives in informed decision-making processes.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and meeting agendas; ensure the proper filing and retrieval of documents.
- Event Coordination: Organize and facilitate executive meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and vendor coordination.
Candidate Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in executive-level project management roles (minimum of 5 years desired).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; proficient in both written and verbal English.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, PBI, etc.) and other relevant tools.
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; proactive and adaptable.
