We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Library :
Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- O verseeing operations, staff supervision and training of library’s user experience, outreach and services marketing activities;
- Planning and developing promotional strategies, marketing materials and library publications via physical and online channels to promote the use of library services and resources;
- Cooperating with the Information & Instructional Services Librarian and the User Education Librarian to facilitate users in using library resources and services effectively;
- Providing reference and enquiry services to provide prompt and accurate responses to users’ enquiries;
- Serving in Library Subject Teams for academic liaison and collection development;
- Serving on committees and task forces as appropriate; and
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the University Librarian or his/her nominee(s).
- A recognized university degree and a professional library qualification (e.g. AALIA, ALA, MCLIP, MLIS or equivalent);
- At least 6 years’ relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in an academic library;
- In-depth knowledge and experience of promoting library collections and services to increase users’ awareness;
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing needs;
- Strong planning, problem-solving and organizational skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work; and
- Knowledge of WordPress is a plus.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager of Creative & Design Team, you are responsible for the creative direction and design execution of the company’s integrated marketing and communications strategies across regional markets, including but not limited to:

- At least 8 years of working experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, PowerPoint, and other common design software
- Exposures in real estate and property development and/or retail luxury sector a definite advantage
- Outspoken individual with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within and outside the company, with professional presentation skills in both conversational and written English and Chinese
- A core competency in copywriting will be an advantage for success in this position
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Marketing Executive

Reporting to the Marketing Manager of Creative & Design Team, you are responsible for the creative direction and design execution of the company’s integrated marketing and communications strategies across regional markets, including but not limited to:
- Collaborating with regional and local business teams to craft differentiating creative strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring the delivery of both qualitative and quantitative results
- Planning resources, developing measurements, and improving by analysing creative costs and outputs handled by the Marketing and Communications team
- Concept & Creative Storytelling: Translating insights into compelling creative initiatives/campaigns.
- Graphic Design: Develop and create visual concepts, storyboard, layout, typography, illustrations, logos, and other designs
- Providing creative and art direction for various executions, including copywriting, illustrations, photography, video, multimedia, out-of-home, and print
- Sourcing and liaising with vendors/freelancers/agencies/production houses, etc
- Overseeing the creative and design operations, including digital platform management and omnichannel strategies
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Digital Arts, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related fields
- At least 8 years of working experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, PowerPoint, and other common design software
- Exposures in real estate and property development and/or retail luxury sector a definite advantage
- Outspoken individual with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within and outside the company, with professional presentation skills in both conversational and written English and Chinese
- A core competency in copywriting will be an advantage for success in this position
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Marketing Executive

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Design Manager with over a decade of experience in both agency and in-house creative environments, particularly within the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and medical care sectors. This role is ideal for a creative leader who thrives in fast-paced, consumer-driven industries and is passionate about delivering compelling visual storytelling that resonates across diverse markets.
You will lead a high-performing team of designers—including offshore teammates in Mainland China—driving innovation across packaging, print, digital, and outdoor media. With a strong foundation in art direction, AI-enhanced design, and regional market insights, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and consumer experience of our brand across Asia.
What you'll be doing
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of 5+, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand marketing, production, sales, and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns and packaging solutions
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality across all creative outputs
- Provide strong art direction across packaging, print, digital, and outdoor channels, including MTR ads, posters, and social media (e.g., Facebook, IG)
- Guide production processes including color tuning, retouching, and print preparation, ensuring flawless execution
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency while allowing for local market adaptation
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance design workflows and creative innovation
- Stay ahead of international design and fashion trends, applying insights to elevate brand aesthetics and relevance
- Act as a creative ambassador, championing design excellence and user-centric thinking across the organization
Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive design experience in FMCG, beauty, skincare, or medical care industries
- Proven track record of leading creative teams, including remote and cross-border collaboration
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging, print, digital, and campaign design
- Deep understanding of brand development, consumer behavior, and regional market dynamics
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard tools
- Experience with AI-powered design tools and workflows is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Solid knowledge of printing techniques, production processes, and visual retouching
- Ability to balance creative vision with commercial objectives and operational constraints
- Experience working with Mainland China teams and understanding cultural nuances
- Strong packaging design experience with proven success in regional markets
- Familiarity with agile project management tools and methodologies
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive creative alignment
