Department
Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable, and cost-effective asset management, development management, project management, and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, Property Design Management (EMPDM), the primary responsibility is to manage the end-to-end customer experience journey and residential renovations, as well as off-course betting branch alterations/additions projects involving master planning, interior design, and fitting-out works, from inception to handover, ensuring design and works meet user requirements on scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and compliance.
The Job
- Assist the Executive Manager in providing professional advice regarding alterations and renovation of existing facilities and development of new facilities to support business objectives; undertake other projects as assigned.
- Interpret and ascertain users' needs; study operational issues; establish design and performance criteria; define project scope and requirements; conduct feasibility studies; assist users in project planning and decision-making.
- Provide holistic project solutions, prepare project plans, monitor progress, manage budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within safety and quality standards.
- Recommend external consultants and contractors; review tenders; negotiate; supervise during all project stages to maximize value and ensure quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure project understanding and timely decision-making.
- Liaise with government and utility agencies to ensure compliance and obtain necessary licenses.
- Supervise and develop a team of subordinate staff to ensure efficient service delivery, resource planning, staff training, and development.
About You
- Degree in Architecture with relevant professional qualifications.
- At least 15 years of experience in architecture, development consultancy, or large-scale project management.
- Strong design and project management skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality.
- Proven leadership in large-scale, multi-disciplinary property development projects from inception to handover.
- Knowledge of latest property planning, development, and construction practices in Hong Kong and overseas.
- Independent working ability with excellent organizational, communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Terms of Employment
The appointment level will depend on qualifications and experience.
