- Influence and deliver our digital roadmap to help position HSBC at the forefront of customer experience design

Requirements
To be successful you will:
- Proven experience designing digital products and services, with impact and connecting decisions to business and customer goals
- A strong portfolio showcasing world-class product design across responsive and native platforms, with clear user and business outcomes
- Expertise in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and core UX disciplines including research, content design, testing, visual and interaction design, and information architecture
- Create high-quality visual assets, develop innovative visual designs with fresh ideas and engage with stakeholders to evolve design system.
- Experience in complex, regulated environments—ideally financial services
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
- A collaborative, cross-functional mindset with the ability to build trust across geographies and in global contexts
- Demonstrate a capability for writing effective content in UK English as part of your product design skill set - so that language and design work together to create intuitive user experiences
